Answer:	Well number 1: I doubt that you had a 1.5 inch masonry bit. In any case, a masonry bit works best with a hammer drill. If you have a 1.5 dimond drill then you don't need a hammer drill, just a standard drill and water on the drill site. Most stucco coats are less than .5 in think and the diamond drill will work fine. Question:	I need to widen a hole on a metal winch plate, will these work
Answer:	These are mainly designed for metal. They are very course / aggressive cutters. They would probably leave very rough marks in any wood. Might be hard to control how much wood your grinding away. Could also potentially burn the wood if your RPM’s are too high. I guess if your going to progressively sand the wood you would be OK to use these to remove large amounts of wood for initial shaping, if your careful and go slow.

Answer:	No labels on mine. But they ported cast iron heads plus cut all the spot welds on my mustang restoration and still killing it. Worth twice as much.

Answer:	Melissa the set comes with no info whatsoever so I don't know any max rpm rating. However I've given mine a real good workout grinding welds,plate steel,cast iron,sheetmetal etc for quite some time now using both pnuematic and electric high speed die grinders which typically max out around 20,000 to 25,000 rpm. I can honestly say I've been very well satisfied with my set.I also have the 1/8" shank set for my Dremel and they work great too.. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes, it cuts better than any other material I've found. However, carbide is VERY brittle, so the alignment of the point of engagement, and maintenance of concentricity with the intended hole are vital. These will chip or break much more easily than the typical HSS(high speed steel) drill bits.
Question:	Need to drill through welded up holes with precision for auto-body moldings. You figure these will do the trick or? Think they'll shred the paint
Answer:	I am not 100 % certain. My battery drill has 10 settings (the lower setting are really just for use as a screw driver) and I normally set it near the higher end and it works well with these bits. My corded drill has three settings and these bits cut through everything (including hardened tool steel) at any setting.
Question:	did anybody tried this on AR500 steel or similar very strong steel
Answer:	These drill bits can drill holes through solid concrete wall if they don’t hit the gravel or reinforcing steel bars that are embedded in the wall.

Answer:	You could use the spiral or straight bit to make cuts for pipe, but I don't know what kind of results you would get trying to make very precise straight trim cuts.

They’ll cut through en hardened steel pretty well. They are also very hard - carbide bits are easy to break. Go slow, use tapping or cutting oil if you can, and keep the drill perpendicular to the workpiece. If you twist or torque the bit it will probably break.
