Question:	Is this non-toxic and if I leave it outside on cement, will the wind blow it
Answer:	I know the description said it was "food grade" so I don't know if that means non-toxic or not. I use mine inside and the water bowl and food bowl hold it down. Outside would probably be ok as long as your bowls are heavy enough to hold them down in the case of wind. I would just put the bowls on the cement if they were outside. I am only concerned with the water spilling over on my inside floors not my outside cement areas.

Answer:	Very easy to clean - just throw it into the sink (or hose it off), rinse and blot it dry. It has a "lip" to prevent overflow when there are spills. I have a cat that slops water all over the place and this works great.

Answer:	I would say yes. It's made of soft rubber which I think would prevent the ceramic bowl from moving. The mat also has a raised edge which would at least keep the bowl from moving very far if at all.
Question:	Will this work on carpet
Answer:	The mat is very thin and flexible- if you have a very flat and firm carpet it might work. But if you have any kind of plush fiber, I would think you’ll have a hard time keeping side walls up to contain liquid spills.
Question:	What is the exact width (listed as 22")? It is even 1/2" larger, it won't fit in the location where I want to use it
Answer:	The mat is just a bit under 22". I love mine mainly because it has raised sides so it catches any kibble my dog drops & it can be cleaned easily.
