Question:	Is this the carefresf that has baking soda. I know they have stopped adding it but wanted to make sure before i buy
Answer:	This is from a website:We removed the baking soda from our odor stop formula used in pet bedding in January 2015. It was tested as safe but we removed it because our consumers asked us to. However, some packaging will still say baking soda on it because it took some time to get new bags and we did not want to delay product availability. To identify a bag without baking soda please check the lot number printed on the side of the bag. If the first set of numbers ends in a "5" then it does not contain baking soda. Answer:	It is compressed. Once opened it will expand to 50. I use this brand/size exclusively for my guinea pigs.
Question:	Hello. How does this product compare to the other bedding products out there for dwarf hamsters
Answer:	Well, there's a lot of misinformation out there. Hamsters, gerbils, dwarf hamsters are not supposed to be exposed to PINE shavings or wood in toys and such, yet many products "for hamsters" are in fact made of pine. I've had the same hamster now over a year. She loves this bedding just as much as any. I don't notice any odor from the product, and 1 bag this size lasts like forever even if you clean the cage weekly. It's a great deal with no pine, paper only. I give it an A++++
Question:	Does anyone have any tricks on how to pick up guinea pig poop out of this
Answer:	As someone who has had dozens of piggies over the years and rescued just as many I can tell you that the setup of the cage can make all the difference in the world. Unfortunately I know far too many people get guinea pigs don't set it up right and then they find it a pain in the neck ...in fact I'm trying to help someone rehome one right now. I always kept my Guinea in ferret cages at least three stories high. I modified it for their feet so they wouldn't get hurt. But in the bottom I had a removable tray with no screen on top of it or greet. Once a day I'd pull that out throw it away and put new padding down, usually newspaper with no color. When you're caring for many I couldn't afford to buy special bedding period but there's nothing wrong with black and white newspaper. My point is it took less than one minute to do this each day and it was so convenient she was a great Guinea pig and lived a long happy life. So if you can figure out something similar or a cage with a pull-out tray it is the easiest thing to do. you can't go a week without cleaning that's for sure because they go so much it smells. Even if you don't smell it other people that come in will smell it. No kitty litter or things like that. wood shavings are not that great many guinea pigs have allergies to them. If you wanted to use a natural pet safe soil type of a bedding you could do that and get a very tiny kitty litter scoop type thing. Or make one out of some screen. Answer:	Well if it’s for a hamster cage (should be more than 450sq inches) then you should only be removing 2/3 or half of it from the cage and spot cleaning the cage weekly will reduce the amount of bedding you have to throw away.

Answer:	My previous hamster was a winter white dwarf hamster and he seemed to love this food as much as my current teddy bear hamster does. Obviously different hamsters have different tastes. Most will always eat the "good" parts, especially the sunflower seeds, some will eat the not as tasty parts while others will ignore those parts except as a last resort. Every hamster is different. What I like about this food is that it is complete and nutritionally balanced, and it also has enough variety that every hamster will likely find a yeast a few things in it they like. For example my old hamster never ate those pressed pellet type things but the new guy loves them. But both hamsters ate most of the different types of ingredients in this food, and believe me there is a good variety. Furthermore the food is never stale or old looking, like it's been sitting in a warehouse too long or something, and it seems to be of a high quality. I'd very much recommend this brand of food for most hamsters (though I'm not an expert, just speaking from experience).

Question:	What kind of wood are these hamster chew toys made of
Answer:	It can be removed. That said, we have multiple show rex rabbits and use these cages because the gauge of the wire on the floor, and that fact that it is coated makes it very easy on their feet. Rex are prone to sore hocks, and we have never once had a rabbit develop sore hocks in one of these cages. Actually, I had one buck outside in a pen on the grass and he developed sore hocks out there because the soil here is hard pan clay. They actually healed after I put him back in one of these cages and now he is much better.

Question:	Can this be detached and attached to the side of a cage? Also, what are the dimensions of the base? The bottom part, as well as the back part. Thanks
Answer:	It cannot. It's on a base but you can move it up and down on the base depending where you have it in the cage (you can move it up so you can still have bedding under it). I'm not entirely sure of the dimensions but I believe the base is about 11in as well as the diameter of the wheel.
Question:	Would the large size be large enough, and deep enough for a hedgehog
Answer:	I don't know the answer, but what I can tell you is that I ordered the small size, and it was much larger than I expected, and too big for my mouse. So it's clear that this brand runs large. Why don't you order it and if you think it would not fit, return it? The wheel is truly splendid.

Question:	I just bought this wheel- I noticed a new wheel this company makes that has grippers on the wheel. Is this version slippery
Answer:	No, it's not slippery. In most cases, a hamster's foot pads are able to create plenty of grip for running on a smooth surface. I suppose that if your hamster tends to pee on the wheel often, that could create a potential slipping situation. So if your hamster tends use their wheel as a bathroom, a wheel with grippers on the track would help prevent slipping.

Answer:	I had dwarf hamsters before and after awhile they killed each other. The pet shop worker said I can keep them together. . . eventually, you need to separate them, so does it matter how many can fit in it?

Answer:	It did not come with a wall mount. I had contacted the seller, and it turns out the product info was wrong. They didn't fix the product info fully. I was still able to take the stand and attach it to my cage, but it's weird because it's basically a stand that's floating above my hamster's bedding. It can shake a little, and it's tilted a little towards the opening, at least in my cage.
Question:	Are gerbils able to chew through the acrylic? Is it safe for heavy chewers
Answer:	My gerbils tried to chew on the wheel when it first arrived. They could not do much to the thick acrylic except leaving some tooth marks that are not deep and can be wiped out... They haven’t tried chew on it as soon as figuring out how to run on then they just crazily run on it. I provided plenty of chew toys too.

Answer:	I measured Mr. Snugs cage this am for you and the bars are exactly 1" apart, fine for an adult rat, but I think any babies could probably get through it. Otherwise, it's an awesome new habitat for my rabbit, especially the dual doors. My Old English Sheepdog wants to eat his food when I feed him, but having the second door on top, I can easy avoid this. Hope this helps

Answer:	Depending on how small the ferret is. If its a average size ferret then yes it should work. I have had babies rabbits in it and not have a problem, so a ferret should do fine.
Question:	Is this suitable for my guinea pig
Answer:	Even if your bunny can stretch out it will not be "comfortable." The wire floor will be rough on it's feet and it won't have room to hop around significantly. Considering getting an exercise pen (30 or 36 inches should be plenty) in place of a cage. This will also make it easier to litter box train your rabbit (I use a large cat litter box, line it with newspaper and put hay on top of it). And still be sure to let your bunny out for exercise!
