Answer:	Yes the wheels are really big. I have to fat Syrian hamsters that use them.

Answer:	It did not come with a wall mount. I had contacted the seller, and it turns out the product info was wrong. They didn't fix the product info fully. I was still able to take the stand and attach it to my cage, but it's weird because it's basically a stand that's floating above my hamster's bedding. It can shake a little, and it's tilted a little towards the opening, at least in my cage.
Question:	Are gerbils able to chew through the acrylic? Is it safe for heavy chewers
Answer:	My gerbils tried to chew on the wheel when it first arrived. They could not do much to the thick acrylic except leaving some tooth marks that are not deep and can be wiped out... They haven’t tried chew on it as soon as figuring out how to run on then they just crazily run on it. I provided plenty of chew toys too.

Question:	Would this wheel be good for a sugar glider
Answer:	This wheel is not good for anything the size of Chinchillas because that middle shaft that sticks out so far forces them to arch their spine while trying to exercise, I cannot imagine how uncomfortable this must be for the animal(s), and compounded by the ridiculous wobble this thing has. This is one of the more useless wheels on the market, just short of the wire wheels that are like mini bear traps waiting to rip off limbs and toes.

Answer:	The actual diameter of wheel across is 8.5 inches. If you dont use the stand you can put as high as you like in a wire cage. My syrian hamster loves it.

Answer:	The white metal is the stand. It is removable so you can mount the wheel to the side of the cage (which we have done).

Answer:	Oops, I replied a few minutes ago about the wrong wheel. Fact is the one you have, I got too, and it is dissapointing how it kept falling off. I had to find another wheel to replace it with. I would say it has a design flaw at the connector which is either too tight or falls off after use. I'd suggest getting a refund and get a different wheel.
Question:	Would this be a good size for a sugar glider
Answer:	12 inches is quite big. We got it for our hedgehog and sugar gliders are pretty small. The silent spinners are great but I believe they come in 6, 8, and 10 inches so maybe try a smaller size. Other than that the wheels are great and I highly recommend them. Especially if the runner is nocturnal and the cage is in your bedroom, but I'm not too familiar with sugar gliders. It depends on the size of the cage but if you have a lot of space for it, the bigger the better. Hope this helped.

Answer:	You have to remove the hair pin at the front, separate the wheel from the metal stand, and pull the whole thing apart. The front, back, and middle are all separate pieces. I usually clean the middle green part every couple days and wipe the other parts down. The hair pin needs pliers to get off the first time, but it gets easier after that.
Question:	Is this wheel loud? i currently have a cheap kaytee wheel and it makes alot of ruckus in the night
Answer:	This is a pretty silent wheel when the axel has been oiled lightly (use a natural hamster safe veggie oil). I found that my female syrian could get it moving and bouncing a little when she was REALLY running. I mounted it to a heavy round piece of wood so it could be weighted down and it never made noise. I had her in the bedroom with me for 2 years and it was silent, until she stored her food and half her bedding in it and then tried to run all night.

Question:	Is the cork water proofed? We have a gerbil who likes to pee in the wheels and it needs to clean easily like the plastic niteangel
Answer:	If you spray it with a waterproof sealant it will make the cork hard and not be as soft for the hamster. You can always wash it as you would with wood. Wet the the area (do not soak) and brush lightly with mildly warm water and mild soap. —Rinse the same way then light dry completely. Do only small areas at a time. Otherwise it will warp the wood if you get it too wet or you try to wash too big of an area at once. I believe that Niteangel is making replaceable cork tapes for this wooden wheel. A YouTuber, Victoria Raechel, Did a video; Biggest Hamster Package Ever, Where she did a product line preview of NiteAngel products. This aired on October 20, 2020. In the video it shows replaceable cork tapes for the wooden and for the clear acrylic hamster wheel without raised lines. —Hope this helps
