Question:	Should you touch the bulb, or is it like car headlights
Answer:	No, you should not touch the bulb with your skin because the oil on your skin might get onto the bulb and cause it to break as it heats up. This bulb does get hot, but not as hot as a car's headlight. I don't think that touching it will hurt it, but better to avoid touching it anyway.

Answer:	It depends on how long your lamp is on and if you turn it on &off a lot. The one I have lasts about 4 to 5 months but I leave mine on 24/7 for my corn snake When I used these for my Bearded Dragons they didn't last as long due to turning it off and then it would have to warm up.

Answer:	These work well with Zilla fixtures. You need the light for correct shell growth. I use these with 20 gal tanks, small Painted turtles and 55 gallon stock tanks for larger Red Ear Sliders.

Answer:	Color is the only difference. The blue bulb is not as glaringly bright as the white bulb. The two bulbs emit the same amount of heat for your reptile though.

Answer:	You can use a paper towel or t shirt or anything of the sort to change the bulbs. As far as your question about leaving it on 24/7 that is a question that none of us can answer here without knowing more. Yes you can leave it on 24\7. The application in which you are using the bulb though should give you the final answer and correct answer. If this is for a reptile or such that would depend on the reptiles needs. Same goes for whatever your use of this product is.
