Question:	I have the fluval flex 32.5 gallon tank. which heater should i get? thank you
Answer:	Where do you live? I live in FL where the average temp of my fish room is 75. I have M200 (200W rated for a 65 gallon tank) on my 75 gallon tanks. If you live in Maine, the average temp is probably 60-65 of your fish room. you will need the M300 ( 300W rated for 80 gallons) or maybe 2 of them to heat the same 75 gallon tank. with that said, I think you will be find with the M100 or M50 will be fine for your 32 gallon tank. just make sure they will fit. when you set it up, put the heater in the tank, let it sit for a day or at least a few hours before you turn it on.. see what temp the tank is, turn the heater on the lowest setting and slowly turn it up to the match the tank temp. let it sit there for a hour or so, then set it to what ever temp you want. Don't trust the dial that states what the temp is, it may be off by 1 or 2 degrees. Be sure to monitor the temp for a few days to make any adjustments. Heaters will not change the temp of the tank instantly, it may take a few hours.
Question:	How long does it take to heat a 15 gallon tank
Answer:	The instructions say: "Wait 30 minutes before connecting to the electrical outlet. This allows the heater to adjust to the aquarium water temperature. Note that it may take up to 12 hours for the eater to attain the water temperature you have selected." That being said, my experience is that it is quite a bit faster than that. Of course, that depends on what temperature the water started at! (i.e., how cold is your room). Please note that thre 50 watt model is rated for 15 gallon MAX. That means if you want wiggle room, you might consider the 100 watt version. Again, however, my experience is that the 50 watt was adequate for my 15gallon. But my house is not cold.
Question:	Can it go compleatly under water
Answer:	Yes it can, "Cord and all" (but not the plug) according to the Fluval representitive I spoke to at Fluval customer service. I've had mine completely submerged ever since and havnt had any problems. Just remember not to keep it on if you have to empty tank water behond the bottom line.
Question:	Can you adjust the heat with this heater? Does it have a dial

Answer:	Hi All heaters that have the element and thermostat in one unit should always be mounted on an angle or horizontally. The reason being heat rises and if the unit is mounted straight up and down it will turn on and off constantly and burn itself out.

Question:	Is this really 8 inches
Answer:	It doesn't. The light is in the part of it that goes underwater and it's blue. I can't see mine with the light on usually unless I look. But the light will turn off when the heater turns off.

Question:	What does the red light mean? New heater, had a red light for a few minutes but then no light and the water temperature hasn’t warmed up at all
Answer:	For mine, the red light means the heater is activated. When it turns off, it means the water has reached the maximum set temperature (not adjustable) of the heater, probably in the low 80s.
Question:	Does this have any manufacturers warranty
Answer:	I don’t recall a warranty however I used it along with enclosed Temperature gage for 3 days. When temperature never registered I returned for full refund
Question:	How does the temperature sticker work? The directions are not clear
Answer:	It attaches to the aquarium outside wall and highlights the water temperature
Question:	What is the best location to place the heater in a square tank
Answer:	I prefer to place my heaters next to the filter so that the water movement spreads the heat throughout the tank
