Answer:	Yes, I think so. I keep it down on the low flow setting. If it's on high it tends to make a powerful burst in the water that makes the fish shoot downwards when they swim in under it. The only time I ever hear sound is when the tank water gets low and I hear the trickling of the water from the filter down to the tank. I actually really like these filters, the one in my smaller vista tank has held up for almost 3 years.

Answer:	It doesn't have a temp setting. Put it at one end of the tank and your thermometer at the other end and measure it that way. You should do all this and have it set to the temperature you want before buying any fish

"We thank you for taking the time to contact us. This heater is completely submersible, cord and all. It is meant for up to 5 gallon size aquariums. I am not sure if it will fit into a 1 gallon size tank. You may be better off using a compact heater such as the Marina 10W, item 11186, which is also submersible and preset."

Answer:	The polisher uses an Aqueon Large Cartridge which should be replaced monthly. In the canister itself most of the media does not get replaced. The bottom tray is biological (bio balls and ceramic pieces) which unless there is physical damage do not get replaced. The top tray is a course media sponge which should be rinsed out and put back in and the middle is the charcoal which does need to be replaced no less than once a quarter. All of these replacement items are available from Aqueon. 2 heating modes shfit automaticlly

1. MAX heating mode

It means fast heating at full power, when heater is first time to heat or when the water temp drops 1℉ or more lower than the set temp. For example, the water temp is 77.5F, at first time heating, no matteryou set the temp to 78F or 81F, the heater will heating in this mode to heat up quickly.

2. ECO heating mode

It means slow heating to save energy, it only work when the water temp drops off 0.51℉-1℉ than the set temp, for example the set temp is 78℉, after 2 hours the water temp drop off to 77.2℉, the heater will heating in this mode.

Error code- Er

1. Auto shut off when out of water

If you see the error code "Er" on the controller and the heater display, it means the heater is not well installed fully under water, it will auto shut off.

In this case, please place the heater fully submerged in water, we suggest 2 inch below the water surface at least.

2. Auto recover work when fully under water

The heater will automatically work normally after you placing the heater fully under water.

1. Auto shut off when water temp over 97℉

If you see the error code "EH" on the controller and the heater display, it means the water temp is too hot, it will auto shut off, but the wast heat of it may make the water temp go up for a little more.

In this case, please wait the water to cool down or you can aad some water into the fish tank.

2. Auto recover work when water temp drops below set temp

Please note the controller is locked during this period.

Answer:	The C10 will fit perfectly into the EcoQube C's filter/pump reservoir. It is also powerful enough to keep the water in the 77-78ºF range, even when my room temp dips down to 67ºF at night. Bigger heaters would have to be placed into the EcoQube's tank itself, & that would look ghetto!

Answer:	Nowhere near. This is the TEN (10) Watt heater. I have one right in front of me, with a tape measure. It is slightly less than 4 1/2" x 1.0" x 0.6" (approximately), not counting suction cup. Be sure that you don't expect much of a temperature difference from your room temp if your tank is too big. Personally, I would go for the C25, the 25 Watt unit. It is slightly longer, still not 11" long though, it is almost 7" long. Mine are all in use, don't want to take them out. They are a bit, but not much, larger. I use 2 C25s for a 10 gallon tank, works great. Ron

Answer:	I have the 50W version ("up to 20 gal tank") in just a 6 gal tank, with a tank filter running 24/7. It keeps me spot on 78f. Once when I had the filter off to test something else, the tank was down to 74f. half a day later. So the circulation of a filter seems to be essential to good heater function, and perhaps also your version is undersized for your tank? If your tank is that large maybe just get a second one and place it in an opposing quadrant.

Item rattles is normal. The ceramic tube inside is positioned in the middle which is not sticked with the outter tube for better protection. So when you take it out from the box it might feels like it's rattling. Don't worry please. It's normal. It will do a great in the tank.

Adjust the temperature of the heater a couple of degrees HIGHER or LOWER than needed if the temperature of the water doesn’t meet the requirements. And keep the knob where it is if the temperature of the water stays stably at the needed temperature.

Condition 1: Your needed temperature is 86℉ and rotate the control knob to 86, but after the water is heated and stays at a stable temperature - 82℉，which is lower than your desired temperature. You only need to press and hold the temperature adjustment button on the LED thermostat to easily convert between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Answer:	A 60 gallon tank only requires at the most 300 watts

Answer:	Their specs say it can be used in a 120 gallon pond. I'd say it would depend on the circulation and how insulated the pond is. Also, the electronics would need to be in a weatherproof housing.
Question:	What happens if the power goes out and comes back on? Does it reset to 82F
Answer:	I read the instructions and features again and it does not mention anything about the temp we set being memorized. It just says it saves the temp when its set and that if the water reaches above 94 degrees it automatically goes back to 82. So I would say yes it goes back to 82 degrees. Which isnt too bad for my turtles but not sure about fish if someone isnt home to reset it again. Hope this helps.
