Answer:	The mold problem has NOT been fixed! I first bought this product in 18’ and was very happy with the first several bags. Then something happened in 20’ and they came covered in mold. I’ve bought 4 5lb bags since late October and 3 out of the 4 were moldy. My Portuguese Water Dog loves this chew but I’m not sure I can trust the next ones to be better. I really want this product to get back to its former self because it was great! The 4th bag was the wrong kind but was not moldy. I’m hoping my next order will be correct and not moldy... they are worth the risk.

Answer:	Looks to me the package indicates made in Mexico with chicken from USA....that leaves me OUT.

Answer:	My very small dog finished them in under 3 minutes, so I’d say no unless you want them swallowing them whole.

Answer:	I don’t know about irradiation treatment of this product, but my dog began having stomach issues after having these treats over about a three week period. I am concerned about pet treat/food products made/assembled anywhere outside of the USA. I cannot say for sure this product caused my dog’s issues, but once the treats were removed from the equation, he got better. quickly.

Answer:	This happened just 2 days ago. My 62lb pit swallowed a few pieces and he wasn't able to pass them. The next day after eating one, he puked 5 times. I took him to the vet and they did and xray to show that it caused a blockage. They recommended the ER. After all the puking he was severely dehydrated and shaky so they put him on water treatment and we waited it out. All is good now but it was definitely not cheap. At the end if cost me about 1400 plus my entire day and night on friday. I'm sticking to rubber kong chews with frozen treats or hard nylabones

Answer:	Yes, however, like hard cheese for human consumption the mold can be removed with out issue. In this case since the cheese is very hard I scrubbed with stiff brush until no trace of the mold. The harder the piece the less the trace. None of my dogs became I'll from this method.

Answer:	My dog is a little pocket pit and she can chew through one of these in about 30 minutes. You have to be a bit careful when they get to the end because they can choke on it when it gets too small. But when it gets to that point, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it will swell up and stretch out. The consistency changes from hard, to kind of like the consistency of popcorn. I wouldn't let it get to the point of popping in the microwave, but it makes it so they don't choke in the last bit.

Answer:	Bag says Mexico. MAKE SURE that you're buying the ones that look like rawhide and NOT the ones that are uniform sized strips. My vet recommends (and sells) the ones that look like rawhide. My beagles love these. They take a while to chew and clean their teeth. The others are chewed in a few seconds and probably don't help their teeth at all. Answer:	Our three dogs rang from 50 to 81 pounds and love these treats.
Question:	What size are the bones
Answer:	These are for a large sized dog. They are 5.5 inches long and the shape is an "X" and the diameter of the "X" is 3/4 or 0.75 inch. The texture is a stiff rubbery beefy texture that a dog really has to work on to get it chewed up. My 90lb lab lays down to concentrate on it and takes her a good 30 seconds to a minute to get one put away. BTW....they are running about 15 to 16 bucks at Wally world.
Question:	How tough would you say these are? Like a bone or more like a cookie that a German shepherd/ husky could eat easily to avoid choking hazards
Answer:	Hi, I have a 100 lb. dog and he eats them like a cookie,ha! They are not as hard as a bone but provide better action than a cookie would. And I have to say that they are so helpful in removing tarter/keeping it away....well worth the money! Charlie gets 1 or 2 a day, depending on how many cups of coffee I drink,ha! He hears "coffee" and he goes right to the drawer these are kept in. Hope that helped!
