Answer:	No, they don't get soft, they stay crispy but are less dense and easier for your pet to eat. Sort of like comparing raw rice to rice cakes.I microwave about 4 or 6 at a time on a paper towel, watching them until I see them start to puff up and get about 3x bigger. Make sure to let them cool off for a while (10 minutes or more) before giving to your pet!

Question:	Would a triple braided bully stick fit in the large? It’s shown in the picture, but I bought a medium and it’s ot even close
Answer:	I use these bully holders for thick bullies ( they are maybe 3/4 inch across) and they fit snugly. I honestly don't think that a triple braid will fit in this device, and that if you force it you will cause the rubber fingers to come loose ( experience speaking here...I tried an extra think bully and it just didn't work well) I you were to change to regular thick bullies that would work, but honestly if you are going to use braids I would recommend one of the screw type holders instead. I've had good luck with these for thicker sticks "Himalayan​ Pet Supply​ Bonehead Small" for my Pugs, and they come in a large size for bigger dogs as well.

Answer:	the white section that has the spokes is approximately 2" in width. The circular opening in the middle of the spoke is approximately 1/2" .

Answer:	The mold problem has NOT been fixed! I first bought this product in 18’ and was very happy with the first several bags. Then something happened in 20’ and they came covered in mold. I’ve bought 4 5lb bags since late October and 3 out of the 4 were moldy. My Portuguese Water Dog loves this chew but I’m not sure I can trust the next ones to be better. I really want this product to get back to its former self because it was great! The 4th bag was the wrong kind but was not moldy. I’m hoping my next order will be correct and not moldy... they are worth the risk.

Answer:	This happened just 2 days ago. My 62lb pit swallowed a few pieces and he wasn't able to pass them. The next day after eating one, he puked 5 times.
