Answer:	Yes, but it works great on large dogs. I tried other kinds - they do not work as well.If you know what you are doing there is nothing to fear.

Answer:	Since I don't know what TWP size options means in the question I can't answer the question. Now if you meant two size options I still can't say but I do know I like the one I have. I like the idea of having a small plate that slides over the whole to keep from pushing my dog's toenail too far through. I cut my dogs toe nails (all black) because it's cheaper than going to the vet for that. Now, they may mean a larger toe nail can be cut with the same tool. If that what it means then I guess it means is that one size fit's most dogs. Hope this helps.
Question:	How much larger/wider are these "double cut" compared to the regular 12" bully sticks? The picture above seems identical to the regular size
Answer:	There is a little moveable plate that I move to the place where the nail goes to be cut. That little plate keeps the nail from going too far and getting the little membrane cut also. I have to adjust my little plate because it is easily moved and for each nail I make sure it's in place so when I clip I don't draw blood. My little dog does not like the procedure but she tolerates it enough for me to get the job done.
