You will also need to make sure that there are no obstructions between the device and the dog. The ultrasonic sound will not travel through solid barriers.There is no need to point the device directly at the area, but if you point it in the general direction, it will be the most effective. |

Hanging from a high postion
Use the string in the package, user could hang the Sonic Bark Deterrent to a branch or nail.
Back bracket on a vertical surface
We offered a back bracket in the box, with the screws there, the bracket could be fixed on surface as holder, and the barking control devicecould be plugged to the holder.

Button and indicators
Batteries status indicator: it would flash red when the battery is running down, and be solid red when charging, become solid green when the battery is charged fully. ON/Off Strength switch button: Touching the button would turn on/off the deivice and switch its ultrasoound emitting mode.
