Answer:	Unfortunately, I have already discarded the packaging that the nippers came in. I looked, carefully, on the item for the country of origin and I'm unable to see any indication of the country of origin. Two things about the product that really do not affect their purpose: The lock which is supposed to hold the handles in a closed (safe) position is plastic and about the thickness of the average toothpick; works once. The nail file included in the handle is a nice touch, but it doesn't perform satisfactorily on any nail type, including your own. Short answer: I'm not sure. Sorry.

Answer:	Two color led indicators show good or low battery. Good battery equals 1 flash every 5 seconds with a green led. Low battery shows 3 flashes every 5 seconds with the red led. Question:	Will this ever damage their ears
Answer:	I asked my vet. She said no residual damage—but I think it’s more like hearing a weird STARTLING sound. It startled my dog and all of a sudden she stopped barking and looked at me. I literally barely have used the ultrasonic buttons bc if you use it a few tunes, your dog will hear the (audible) sound and it’ll remind them of the other sound... my dog heard great... seriously, I urge you to try this! Answer:	No you do not point it. You can not hear it. I think it hurts their ears. Yes I think it would help with biting. I bought this and used 2 times for barking and jumping. They stopped immediately. My Yorkie is so smart, he got up on the desk and chewed it up that night! I ordered a new one and keep it on top of the fridge, they respond to NO a whole lot better. I have had to use it a few more times.

Answer:	Most definitely my neighbor has two dogs and one is taller than the other one so I put the bark control to the height of the shorter dog so if one bark they both can hear it and it works less barking.

Answer:	There is no way to verbally give an order to one dog in the midst of several. This is exactly the same thing. I still use it with several dogs if one is barking its head off and I do not want to sound like an idiot screaming - NO BARK NO BARK in public. Just press this device and so far my dog will be quiet. Nobody can hear it except the dogs. For me it is essential to be able to shut up a barker and give a rather quiet verbal command at the same time (no bark). The device is perfect for us do far.

Answer:	Yes, I have several dogs of different sizes, and this ultrasound has worked for all of them. It's easy if you just want to drive them away. But if you want to train them, you need to train each dog separately, because each dog's personality is different.

Answer:	Speaking for my dog, a Havanese, it worked immediately. In the past, when another dog was nearby, mine would begin lunging and barking furiously. I was either avoiding other dogs or having to pick mine up and block him from seeing. Now, I simply press this device for one second and say “quiet”. The ultrasonic noise stops him in his tracks and I praise him for being quiet. I’ve only used this devise 3 or 4 times and now I only need to repeat “quiet” when another dog approaches. I carry it with me just in case
