Answer:	Unfortunately, I have already discarded the packaging that the nippers came in. I looked, carefully, on the item for the country of origin and I'm unable to see any indication of the country of origin. Two things about the product that really do not affect their purpose: The lock which is supposed to hold the handles in a closed (safe) position is plastic and about the thickness of the average toothpick; works once. The nail file included in the handle is a nice touch, but it doesn't perform satisfactorily on any nail type, including your own. Short answer: I'm not sure. Sorry.

Answer:	Two color led indicators show good or low battery. Good battery equals 1 flash every 5 seconds with a green led. Low battery shows 3 flashes every 5 seconds with the red led. Answer:	Most definitely my neighbor has two dogs and one is taller than the other one so I put the bark control to the height of the shorter dog so if one bark they both can hear it and it works less barking.

Answer:	Speaking for my dog, a Havanese, it worked immediately. In the past, when another dog was nearby, mine would begin lunging and barking furiously. Shock Mode:
