Answer:	Before using, test surfaces to be treated for color fastness by applying to a hidden area; wait five minutes then wipe with cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor Remover on those surfaces. -

Question:	My cats peed in my dryer. Can I clean the dryer with this
Answer:	Heat will destroy the active enzymes in this product. If the pee was completely held in the drum (and did not seep/drip into other parts of the dryer) AND you didn't accidentally run the dryer with liquid pee inside, you should use this product (or the same product made especially for hard wood floors). Clean all the pee with a damp cloth or paper towel. Avoid using any other chemical cleaners as they will destroy the enzymes in this product. If you did use other chemicals, remove any possible residue. I would recommend the "hard wood floor version" of this product for hard surfaces like your dryer drum. After you have used this product, you might want to follow-up with rubbing an Oxy-Clean solution on the pee-spot using a cloth (oyy-clean seems to work pretty well on residual odors). If pee escaped into the inner parts of the dryer, you have a problem that would require dis-assembly of the dryer in order to treat the inner parts. Do not attempt this yourself--call an appliance repair service to do it. Or, get a new dryer.
Question:	How strong of a smell does the product itself have? How long does it linger
Answer:	Quick answer - Overwhelming, awful, headache producing, strong. The original one is virtually odorless, and works great! Why did they have to change it?!?! They now have this "Updated Formula", so I got it, being it was new, and *half* the price of the original ($5.99 vs $11.99)! The smell is unbearable. I did *two sprays" on a hard floor, and it was so overwhelming I had to go over & over it with plain water & a mop to try & get rid of the smell, yet somehow it still lingered. Then I had to wash the mop head to get the smell out of that. Why make an updated formula, when the original was just fine! So I just ordered the original one, and paid the extra price. I guess it's worth it to not have that awful smell! (Like clorox, lysol & citrus all mixed together into a giant chemical headache) The day I ordered this updated formula, I also ordered their "Nature’s Miracle P-98174 Set-In Stain Destroyer Dog, Oxy Orange", also way too overwhelming to use, and the "Nature’s Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner", which is like half the smell of the updated formula - still awful, but mixed with water somewhat bearable until my new bottle of the original gets here.

Question:	Can this remove the stains which is invisible? i bought a loftek 51 uv flashlight to detect the urine of my dogs, and found out some pet urine-stained
Answer:	Yes, it makes those stains which only show up under black light completely disappear, without any residue stain on the carpet...at least not on my carpet. I simply wet the spot at night, using my black light, until it disappears. Let it soak for an hour. Get a white towel and lay it over the wet area, walk on it to pick up as much moisture as possible. Answer:	It would depend upon where the stain is. Even though it neutralizes urine there may be a residue or lighter stain to the NAKED EYE. My guess is that if you used a black light on carpeting there would probably be a ligher stain to show where the original problem was. Good luck.
