Answer:	Sorry, but no, it should not be diluted in order to work properly and effectively. Keep in mind, shampooing carpets that have old urine stains in them can make them smell much, much worse initially so you will want to be able to air the room and keep it closed off from the rest of the house, simultaneously. Use fans to help dry the carpet faster. Pets should be kept from the room until the carpet is dry and the odor gone.

Answer:	the urine stain disappeared when you got it all. sometimes it took 2 doses if it was deeper and heavier. the black light did show up where it was needed even for the second dose.

I used to smoke in my car. I have quit smoking and wanted to get rid of the cig smell so I ordered bamboo charcoal air purifier bag, and it has gotten rid of the smoke scent in my car. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	For concrete, it is best to make a paste of baking soda and this product as the liquid to add to the baking to create the thick paste. Apply paste over the soiled area in concrete, cover with a bit of saran wrap, tape the satan wrap down. Allow this to dry until the paste cracks/is dry. You might have to do this one/two more times but it will draw the scent/urine out of the concrete. As for to drywall, I don't know how you can get this to stick to the drywall. This is a superior product.

I put them in storage tubs when they are almost completely used instead of throwing them away and they make the inside of my tubs smell sooo much better. I have noticed the smaller the space they’re used in, the better they work. Like drawers, small closets, etc...

Answer:	It's big (10 inches tall and 8 inches wide) and not only does our very large Maine Coon fit in nicely but my uncle's small dog tried to go it, too! A 20lb cat will fit in (and be able to turn around and sit) and get out easily. I ordered it specifically because it's spacious and my cat does like small containers.

Answer:	I do not think they are interchangeable. However, the material is heavy duty, so it should last a long time. Also, our cats start at the bottom and scratch their way up, so they use the whole thing. All in all a great scratching post.
