I would not think it contains flaxseed or any other oils or vitamins. This is strictly a trace mineral blend derived from different sources in nature. You can give the seeds and vitamins separately, after you sprinkle a bit of this mineral mixture on their food. This is ususally used in conjunction with Rx Vitamins RxBiotic (probiotic blend). You do not need a lot at any given serving, with each of these products. If you went to the RxVitamins website and asked for a listing of the ingredients, they may be able to give it to you that way. Answer:	Well it all depends on the size of the dog recommended dosage is 1 tbsp for a small dog on the 30 lb 2 tablespoons for a dog over 65 pounds and for dogs in the middle a tbsp and 1/2. The 1-pound canister lasts me a long time at least a couple months. I wish I could be more accurate but it is not something you buy and there was only 10 or 20 doses that one pound canister will last you a couple months. I got a great deal on a 4 lb canister for the price of a couple pounds so I jumped on it I keep it cool out on the porch the portion I'm not using. My dog had poop issues on and off for a few years sometimes lasting for up to a month and it was getting frustrating and this stuff straightened it right out. I'm not saying it's a miracle supplement for every dog but it sure worked for Zeek

I make my dogs food (organic ground beef, liver, organic brown rice, and organic spinach - 40 minutes in an InstantPot) and just put an 1/8 of a teaspoon in each dish in the morning. I think they tell you to use more, but I find 1/8 teaspoon works just fine. Both of my Standard Dachshunds (one 11 with Lupoid Onchodystrophy, the other 3) seem to be doing just great on it. The 11 year old has not lost any more nails since being on Dr. Dobias Green Min + Soul Food, nor has she been lame, which was a problem before taking it. I love these supplements and would not be without them. If you're feeding dry kibble, just mix the powder in with something moist (a sardine for instance) and I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting your dog to eat it.
