Question:	Difference between Cosequin and Dasuquin
Answer:	Dasaquin is a more potent formulation and I highly recommended spending the extra $ for it. My Vet at Cornell Vet School Orthopedics recommended it for my Sheltie/Collie mix when she first began showing signs of arthritis. I gave these to her daily for 6 years and did eventually add Rimadyl for the last 3 years but my girl lived a very healthy & active life to the age of 17 years. Giving either supplement is going to be helpful but you must do it daily and honestly , with the older & larger breeds, spend the extra and get the top of the line: Dasaquin.

So they confirm that it’s approved in the product description but they didn’t change the label. Maybe a cost issue? Not sure.

Answer:	Try MegaRed Krill oil for Humans. Krill is far superior and the Human standards for testing far exceed any for animals in general That said,All good MFR do their own testing. If I give it to her directly she will eat it but it took a little time. I would just put it in their food because it crumbles up really easily. The difference in my dog after two spinal surgeries with this each day is amazing. I tried another popular brand and it caused her to paint and drink a ton of water every day and this is the only one I will give her from now on. It works.
