With the ingredients we use, the suppliers eliminate virtually all of the mercury, but to getting rid of it completely is extremely difficult. We use fish oil in our product where the mercury level is no more than 1.0 ppm (parts per million). So what this means is that for every 1 million parts of fish oil only 1 part is mercury. Another way to look at this is that 1 ppm means it is one-millionth of a gram. Since the fish oil is only a percentage of the whole chew, NMT 1 ppm is what the level would be. Answer:	I do not know as my dog does not have mange. I put her on it for her skin and hair. It seems to be doing very well. I would guess that it would not hurt to try as it does help the skin. I would advise seeking the advice of your vet for a definitive answer.

Answer:	The company actually addresses it on the page I think. The answer I remember seeing is basically that once they get approval, they’re allowed to use the seal but they don’t have to. So they confirm that it’s approved in the product description but they didn’t change the label. Maybe a cost issue? Not sure.

Answer:	Try MegaRed Krill oil for Humans. Krill is far superior and the Human standards for testing far exceed any for animals in general That said,All good MFR do their own testing. Question:	If my dog ​​needs three pumps per day - how many days should the product stay? I calculated 156 days, but it seems too much
Answer:	This is about 5.2 months . if you keep it in a cool area (not refrigerator) it should keep fine. Lulu also takes 3 pumps a day and I don't see any problems. Oil can go rancid but not spoiled, you will be able to smell a rancid oil, wouldn't you?
Question:	It says this should be kept ~50 degrees but my house is ~70 and the fridge is colder. Should this be refrigerated or left on the counter
Answer:	I had this on the counter for 6 months, next to the stove. My house runs about 75 degrees on average. It will be fine on the counter.

Question:	This product does not say it is made in bioreactors or where like the other Dr. Ros' products. How is it made and where
Answer:	I don't now how it's made, or why it's referred to as "vegan". I actually ordered this one by mistake, as I usually buy the bioreactor made phytoplankton product and just hit the wrong link. I don't think the vegan formula works as well as the other. It's a much coarser powder, which doesn't seem to disperse in my pal's food as well as the bioreactor "non-vegan" formula. I would think it's also less bio-available, but that's just an educated guess (FYI - I'm retired, but one of my prior career specialties was drug delivery systems).
