Question:	Can you use the bag for ice if your dog has a raw diet and you need to use this bag as a cooler
Answer:	The bag is insulated, but is not leakproof, so if you put the ice in a bag inside one of the soft coolers, it should be good. I have not tried it though.
Question:	Can you use the divider as a placemat like other brands do
Answer:	The divider is not intended to be a placemat, but I suppose it could be used as one and just wiped with a damp cloth after use. Look carefully at the other bags because many have bowls that are very small (5" x 2") and that's why they can both fit on a "placemat" that comes with the bag. Lucky Tail bowls are 7" x 3" (34 oz capacity) and can be made more shallow for smaller dogs by not expanding them fully. 🐾
Question:	Are all the containers dishwasher safe
Answer:	For the best results, we recommend hand-washing in warm soapy water.
Question:	The collapsible bowls have an awful smell to them - like a chemical smell. I let them soak in hot water & dish soap but they still smell, is this ok

Question:	Can I use on cats
Answer:	No, this product may NOT be used on cats. We recommend you use our Pet MD Otic Ear Cleaner for Cats & Dogs, it will do the same thing as the wipes, but it is a liquid rather than a wipe. Question:	Lots of bad reviews is it as good as people say
Answer:	I honestly can't see why there is bad reviews, this stuff is amazing. I have a basset hound with horrible itchy ears, this soothes his ears so much, I highly recommend this product
Question:	Will these help with fleas in the dogs ears
Answer:	Wiping your dog's ears out with these will kill the fleas, but if you dog actually has fleas (not mites) in it's ears that means they are all-over and will need to be eradicated. The fleas will just end up back in the ears otherwise. You can talk to your vet about the best flea medication to use, and what to use to kill them in your home as well, so your dog doesn't get infested with them again.
Question:	What is the approxiamate size of the pads
Answer:	Although they may seem small, I've had no problem using them on our 120# shepherd. You can get 2 fingertips on the pad while rubbing inside the ear. I shopped around, and it seems like this is the commonly available size regardless of manufacturer.
