Answer:	At the proper concentration, neem oil is generally considered safe. “Neem oil is not listed as a toxic plant product for cats or dogs as per the ASPCA Poison Control Center or Pet Poison Helpline, yet I always recommend cautious use with all dogs and cats under the guidelines of the pet’s primary veterinarian,” Mahaney says. Another reason to consult with your pet’s vet, and a reminder that natural is not necessarily synonymous with safety, is that “neem oil can interact with insulin, some oral diabetic medications agents, and thyroid hormone supplementation medication,” McFaddin says. Answer:	FYI, cats and dogs are VERY different. Cats lack certain liver enzymes that dogs do not. Therefore, many, MANY things that are safe for dogs are not safe for cats, and can even kill them. You would actually have to research every ingredient for cat safety if it has not been approved for cats. Cats are also tolerant at a much lower level, which is one reason you NEVER give flea treatment designed for dogs to cats, even at the same 'weight' per dose. It can sicken and even kill them. Essential oils and other 'natural' substances can also be deadly for cats. Just be careful with kitties, and never assume you can safely use dog products for cats.

Answer:	The sugar in it is like xylitol but for animals since xylitol is deadly to them. Xylitol is 'sugar'that is good for your teeth(Hence in gums) unlike the sweet sugar. So that sugar in CET is good for pets' teeth. Actually my vet who went to ivyleague vetschool(Upenn) said it is not brushing but the enzymatic toothpaste works so food debris+bacteria doesnt thurn into plaque and tartar. Many docs and common sense I know it is the brushing(for humans brushing and fluoride important). BUT I trust Dr. Hsu, cat liver 11cat owner in Hawaii, graduate of UPenn ivy league vet school. I asked that she eats a lot and i brish 3 times a day with 2-3qtip(4-6tips). He said if poop is fine and she likes it , nothing to worry (but maybe I do give too much). And i asked what if she has stomachache but that she cant speak and she just decide to eat it? He said we humans eat spicy food and get stomachache but it isnt deadly. So I may try to use Nolvadent(the one all pets hate) one time in lieu. But then who knows maybe nolvadent also bad?? But TBH, nothing is worse than having toothpain in life!!!

Answer:	The chicken smell is very subtle. The best answer I can give is that after brushing the scent is almost indiscernible. Of course, my dog has good breath already because I brush his teeth. Answer:	The first time I bought Nylabone Pet Toothpaste, the ingredients were the same as those listed in the other answers. When I ran out of it, I couldn't find anything called Nylabone Pet Toothpaste, so I purchased Nylabone Advanced Oral Care for Cats (ingredients for dogs is exactly the same). The new tube looks exactly like the old one and is called Nylabone Pet Toothpaste BUT now sorbitol is the first ingredient listed. I wasn't too happy, either.

Answer:	None of the C.E.T. Toothpastes come with any type of seal.
Question:	Beef flavor is clear color, but leaves metal/dark gray color residue at screw top/inside cap. Anyone w/ beef, would u check your tube and tell me? Thx
Answer:	I returned my beef flavor because I didn't want that metal residue (which to me looked like corrosion) getting in my pup's mouth. I don't know what/why that metal gunk is there, but the tubes w/ plastic nozzles don't have that problem. I use poultry and malt flavors, they have the plastic nozzles. Highly recommend!
Question:	Has there been a formulation change? I can't seem to find the enzymatic toothpaste with tartar control anymore
Answer:	I wasn't aware there were any versions with tartar control, only that the toothpaste was enzymatic.
Question:	Does anyone know the difference between the tartar control toothpaste and the regular enzymatic toothpaste they sell? Would you say this is better
Answer:	I believe that the enzymes are what makes the toothpaste tartar control, so it is not necessary to label enzymatic toothpaste as tartar control. If I am correct, they are the same.

Answer:	Petsmile is formulated with human-grade ingredients. It contains calcium, magnesium, phosphates, to re-mineralize and restore enamel. Petsmile is BPA-free, silica-free, sulfate-free, paraben-free, gluten-free, allergy-free and vegan. They make a minty version for people but you can use the dog/cat version too.
Question:	What is the duration period of this product
Answer:	I have used Supersmile for several years. We are on our third tube of Petsmile for our Miniature Schnauzer, trying our best to brush her teeth morning and night. Regarding the duration of the product, it seems to me it would depend on how often you use it. It could find no expiration date of the item. Answer:	It depends on which merchant you order from. Some include one tube, some sell 2. You will need to read what quantity each merchant includes and compare price as well as how many onces are in the tube they sell. I have found that some of the merchants that include multiple tubes end up being more expensive that purchasing one at a time.

Answer:	Our dog's teeth do not appear to be whiter. We apply daily with finger. Our dog is small and has had several extractions before we got her.
