Answer:	I don't think they are meant for the washing machine, they are DRYER balls and I love how they work in the dryer.

Answer:	It's actually made by Nippon Seal Co. Ltd in Japan. This seller on amazon Literally just sticks a branded "Delomo" sticker over the brand name on the pet roller. Pretty sure that's illegal btw.
