Answer:	My vet offers cat shaving for long haired cats whose mats need to be cut off. We rescued a half wild cat who won't let us brush or trim claws. The vet tech does a great job once a year on this cat. So yes, some cats do need to be groomed on their undersides. We've used Wahl clippers for many years on our various dogs and always get great results. Other brands aren't as easy to use in my opinion.
Question:	Do these work well on a thick curly coat? My cocker spaniel has been very difficult to groom at home due to clippers not going through his coat
Answer:	I have a Shih Tzu and her hair gets very long. I am also very familiar with the Cocker Spaniel coat as I have owned one as well. Yes it will work fine. Go slow in the direction of the hair, not against the direction. Keep the blades moderately oiled. Also make sure you detangle any possible knots and brush thoroughly before you cut. You will be fine.
Question:	I have a Malti-Po,half Maltise and poodle. I have never done thesis it easy/ would never want to hurt my dog is it easy to learn
Answer:	It's actually really easy. It has different guards on it so you don't get two close at first. As long as you can get your dog to sit still and you go slow you shouldn't have any problems.

Answer:	Yes, this works great on long haired cats. We use it to trim around our cat's rear end, and also his ruff. Excellent to keep the fur trimmed and to deal with mats.

Answer:	It says on outer box "FIVE-year limited warranties, details inside. Valid in U.S.A. only. Outside U.S.A. check with store for Wahl authorized distributor's warranty."...There was nothing "inside"... NO care instructions, NO warranty explanation, NO explanation of how blades come off NOR when / where to use oil provided NOR clipper maintenance... NOTHING inside for HELP !!!

Answer:	Hi JODIE I am a barber and I use these clippers everyday in my shop on dozens of clients and have never had a problem with over heating. They are just wonderful lasting all day on a single charge for half the cost of the human clipper equivalent. Hope this helps
Question:	how does it work on cats
Answer:	I have a cat this is scared of a pin dropping 3 miles away, and I was able to use this on her with no problem whatsoever. By the end she even seemed to love it. One trick I did was turn the razor on but use a comb/hand to comb the cat for 5 or 6 times. This will get them to associate the razor sound with a pleasing action. Then later put the comb aside and just use the razor and they will be none the wiser. Or at least that seemed to trick my scaredy cat. I would highly recommend this product. Good luck!

Answer:	I haven't tried using it on people, but it works very well on dogs and cats. The different heads for the trimmer are intended for different lengths of fur, not human hair. There are human hair trimmers on the market that would probably work better on people.

Answer:	i just used this on my cats. with the shortest comb ... i'm having trouble clipping the fine fur on the stomach and sides.

Answer:	The instruction book states it should take 3-5 hours for a complete charge. When clipper is not in use, it may be connected to the transformer and plugged into an outlet to assure maximum power is available when it is next used. Answer:	I agree with Melissa's suggestion on July 19, 2017. That method has worked for me on my Maltese mix. I also use a product called Cowboy Magic. It's used a lot on horses tails to keep out tangles, but it is amazing on getting out mats! You only use a tiny bit. It may seem oily but it does not stay oily on the pets hair. This stuff is amazing! I can't recommend it enough for tangles, mats, etc!
Question:	How exactly does the "adjustable" blade work. Obviously by the switch, but what is the difference in the settings in terms of cut
Answer:	Hello Michelle, the Wahl adjustable blade sets do adjust to 3 different sizes of cut length by moving the lever on the side of the unit. When the lever is all the way down (toward the black base of the unit) your blade will be at the #10 =1.8mm cut length; when the lever is all the way up (toward the lid of the unit) your blade will be at the #30 =0.8mm cut length. The #15 =1.5mm cut length can be reached when your lever is in between #10 & #30; right in the middle. Depending on your length preference, any of the 3 size variances (#10, #15, & #30) can be used with the attachment combs for longer lengths.

Answer:	This is a great trimmer. As a dog groom I can tell you one, stop abusing your lab, two, no it’s not good for a dog that size unless you want to going back and forth charging it. I use these trimmers for nitpicking around the legs and face and ears. I’ve used this on a full body haircut for a small 12lbs. Dog but even then it was a lot of switches between blade lengths and guard combs.

Answer:	It will work for Singapore since you are at 230V but 50 Hz. USA is 110V and 60 Hz. Singapore takes a type G plug adaptor. USA uses Type A plug. So you need a Type A to Type G plug adapter. Don't worry about the watts. If you can use a hairdryer in your socket you can use this clipper too. You will not need a voltage converter.

Question:	is this the latest Wahl model? Is it quieter than Bravura
Answer:	It’s about the same to me. The Creativa doesn’t beep at you when it needs to be oiled, charged, cleaned, etc. I got tired of all the beeping. The Creativa is completely wireless meaning it doesn’t need a wire during charging like the Bravura, it just needs a new battery. The battery has a green light and it turns red when it needs to be replaced or if the blade needs cleaning (yay! No beeping!) I’d recommend to purchase extra batteries. The Bravura is a great first clipper, but I’d buy the Creativa if I had my choice. The Creativa is great on cat hair cuts & sanitary trims, dog pad hair, clean poodle feet, face & fanny. Answer:	I don't know about that. My dog is a poodle and has very course and curly hair. It's the strongest one we have been able to find and it does the job but it definitely does not glide right through. It takes several passes and gets hot. Answer:	You can use, it's not just animals. I know a lot of military, my husband as well use dog clippers. Much faster and closer if you also go for shinny bald from time to time.
Question:	Any general tips for dog handling during the grooming
Answer:	Surprisingly, I found that by having my dogs stand on a small table out on the deck, they didn't even think about jumping down and stood completely still for me. If they're inside on the same table, I have to have a leash around them for more control. The first time I used this kit, all 4 of them were nervous, the second time they were much better, after that, no issues. Give your dog time to adjust to the sound of the unit before attempting to groom them. If you're relaxed, they will be, too. Oh, of course, I also give them liver treats and speak softly to them during the session.

Question:	Would this work for a miniature poodle? Mine gets brushed often so rarely any mats and her hair is on the softer side
Answer:	It depends upon how much of a novice you are. I bought these used, with the admission from the seller: "only used once." I now understand why they were only used once. We adopted a stray with an overpowering amount of matted hair, so there was a need for a clipper to give her a buzz-cut. They didn't work. I ended up using a pair of scissors on the poor dog. My guess is that these would work IF you know already what you are doing, and IF the dog's fur is under control at the start.

Answer:	It works only 120v
Question:	What's the difference between UClip and UClip Deluxe? Are they exactly the same the same clippers but the Deluxe version come with more stuff
Answer:	From a performance perspective the two products are the same. The Deluxe has a few more accessories and a video. The video is helpful. When I shaved my cat I was able to adjust my process based on what I saw in the video. These clippers will work well for you. The only issue is if a pet has very fine, soft hair. A pro knows the trick (I wonder if they use hair spray!), but my work around was to actually trim the hair as much as possible with a good old fashioned scissor, and then follow the techniques as explained in the video to shave the rest. The extra clipper accessories are useful in shaving/cutting for a specific depth.

Answer:	I believe it can however we do not carry the batteries. You might have to contact the manufacture directly.

Answer:	The power adapter states that it is for use from 100 - 240 vac. So I would say yes.

Question:	Is this model effective to remove occasional mats on a persian mix? doens't have the super long fur as a purebred..maybe 2 inches? very soft tho
Answer:	I do not recommend this to remove Mats as it gets clogged easily and it is a VERY Close shave on the skin. It will be completely bald. I noticed when I was using them on my clients dogs The blade size is equivalent to a surgical blade. These are mostly used for touch ups like pads and cleaning the eye area. If you do go through with these please be very careful as the can nick easily with too much pressure .
Question:	Is there a #10 blade for these
Answer:	It comes with #30 Trimmer Blade. Blade cannot be change. You may attach extra combs that come with it. They are small cut 3 mm and 6 mm, large cut 9 mm - 12 mm. I use this clipper for grooming face, feet, tail for my miniature poodle. This only trimmer that he doesn't mind when I groom him. It does not have loud noise.
Question:	How wide is the head/cutting area
Answer:	The head on mine is 1 1/2". I love it!
Question:	hope this isn't a stupid question...but what is the blade length? is it adjustable
Answer:	The blade is approx. 1.75 inches wide. The cutting edge is approx. 1/4" long. It is not adjustable.
