Answer:	My dog has straight hair, but the clipper works well for me, it does get a little warm with prolonged use, I have used it quite a few times, and it cuts well without the worry of nipping the skin, I don't see why it wouldn't work just as good curly hair, good luck.

Answer:	I agree with Melissa's suggestion on July 19, 2017. That method has worked for me on my Maltese mix. I also use a product called Cowboy Magic. It's used a lot on horses tails to keep out tangles, but it is amazing on getting out mats! You only use a tiny bit. It may seem oily but it does not stay oily on the pets hair. This stuff is amazing! I can't recommend it enough for tangles, mats, etc!

Answer:	Hello Michelle, the Wahl adjustable blade sets do adjust to 3 different sizes of cut length by moving the lever on the side of the unit. When the lever is all the way down (toward the black base of the unit) your blade will be at the #10 =1.8mm cut length; when the lever is all the way up (toward the lid of the unit) your blade will be at the #30 =0.8mm cut length. The #15 =1.5mm cut length can be reached when your lever is in between #10 & #30; right in the middle. Depending on your length preference, any of the 3 size variances (#10, #15, & #30) can be used with the attachment combs for longer lengths.

Answer:	I've had the same problem with two sets of their clippers. Lithium ion batteries are not this unreliable. These are cheap clippers that lack any form of battery management. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality set of clippers rather than trying to replace the battery.
Question:	I cannot get the attachment comb off the blade. Any suggestions
Answer:	All I had to do was push up on the attachment. Push up towards the end of blade. Or call the company they are suppose to have phone support.

Answer:	I had the same issue at first and was about to return the clippers but I figured out that you got to kinda push the comb completely down towards the clipper blade until it clicks into place.

Question:	How many blades are included
Answer:	I tried two Whal shavers and they both had the same problem. Many times they just would not start up. I had to plug and unplug the electrical charging outlet to get them to start. Sometimes that did not even work. I have tossed them out. I paid more money and purchased a Panasonic wet/dry shaver. I find it works well and at least it starts when you push the :on: button. Big difference in the quality of shave as well. I thought by purchasing a Whal I would save some money. In the end it just cost me more. In my opinion, they are junk!

Answer:	Answer :- ----- This dog clipper is a very quiet clipper, it vibrates a bit which surprised my cat (he had a few patches of matted fur that needed to go) but he settled down quickly and allowed me to use them on him. They’re much nicer than others I have used in the past, and are certainly not louder than my Sonicare electric toothbrush (I think it’s a bit quieter than the toothbrush actually).

Answer:	It has not overheated. I used it for over an hour at a time several times in the same day and it was fine. (I have only used it a few times as it's a recent purchase for me.)

Answer:	I really can't answer for your dog. However, my dog handles it quite well. It is basically the quietest trimmer I've ever used. My chihuahua is scared of everything and the noise does not seem to affect her.
