Answer:	I purchased these for use with my 4 rabbits. From 4lbs to 6.5 lbs. I think they work well. Good grip. As long as you can get the locking mechanism to open all the way the clippers work well. I don't use the guard because the nails are so small, but I think this works quite well.

Answer:	Yes they do have a stop and they work GREAT! Just used them for the first time this past Saturday on "my owner" and he did not even flinch. Was very nervous because another product that I purchased, cheaply made (bought) would flex, not cut properly and required more hand strength, which then made the product flex even more. This set did NOT flex, made a clean cut with less effort and no pain or yelps from the recipient of the "pawdicure". Answer:	you just place it in the middle (i know it moves), and then when you put the dog's nail in there, it can only go so far and not passed that point....the first and only time i used it, i was still hesitant, so really i just cut a little bit of the nail off, not knowing if the 'stop' would be too far or not.....i think if it's your first time, you must determine how long the nail is, and if you put the dogs nail in there and you think the 'stop' is too close to the point where you're gonna hurt the dog, you pull back.....i think the 'stop' will work only if the nails are really long.....but i totally agree that there should be some instructions for us novices......hope this helps.........good luck!

Answer:	There are three products listed, the actual clipper is the same in all three. The base price unit (22350) has the blade oil included, no combs. The middle unit (22545) has blade oil, a hard case, and four combs. The high end unit (23835) has a ceramic blade and a soft case, but no combs. (A ceramic blade is more expensive last longer and stays cooler, but it can't be resharpened.)

How do I care for and clean and oil my blades?

Blades should be oiled before, during and after each use. If your clipper blades leave streaks or slow down, it is a sure sign they need to be oiled. Start by turning off the clipper and brushing fragments of hair from the blade with a blade brush. Clean and disinfect blades by using CoolCare Plus. Use the 5-point oiling system: three drops across the teeth of the blade and 1 drop on each back rail. After oiling, turn on and let run for 5-10 seconds to disperse the oil. Turn clipper off and then wipe off any excess oil.
