Answer:	I purchased these for use with my 4 rabbits. From 4lbs to 6.5 lbs. I think they work well. Good grip. As long as you can get the locking mechanism to open all the way the clippers work well. I don't use the guard because the nails are so small, but I think this works quite well.

When it is time to cut the claws I put him in the sink so there's a barrier to him backing away as cats do. Also putting a towel on the bottom of the sink can be helpful. Be sure to be careful to only cut the tips . don't go into the dark part. I talk and sing as I know this helps keep them calm.

Answer:	First, let me say I have found these clippers to stay sharp longer than others I have purchased. As far as scratching on the walls, it may just be a behavior or a habit they've developed. My cat often scratches on the wall after using the catbox and covering her "deposit" (her box is cleaned daily). Keeping the nails clipped has saved our sofa, bedspreads, drapes and carpets. If your cat is wiggly try wrapping it in a towel exposing only the paw/nails you want to clip. Answer:	Good question, I’m not sure exactly. It’s pretty much a rotary tool, so I would think eventually it would, but if it’s just being used for nails (calcium), not something more hard, I would think that it would take quite a long time. So, for the price, it’s still worth it to me!
