I for one consider SOLGAR to be the Gold Standard when it comes to supplements and vitamin formulations. To paraphrase Apple's CEO, Tim Cook--"Solgar doesn't make junk". I happen to be 65 years old and vitamin B-12 deficient. After years of popping Vitamin B complex pills, I find this particular product to be demonstrably superior (as in I can "feel" the difference within a half-hour of sub-lingual dosing). The white label affixed to the bubble wrap in the box listed it as 1000 MCG, but when I opened the product the actual bottle is for 5000 MCG. I was going to return it, but will try to just cut the pills in half since I was planning to take two of the 1000 MCG nuggets anyway. I think there is a mix-up somewhere.

Answer:	No it does not smell. Do not chop it up . Take a little bit of the cat food and roll the pill in it. Then place the pill covered in cat food on top of the rest of the cat food. Make sure your cat is hungry, like the first thing in the morning.

Answer:	A vet tech told me it is ok , but I play it safe and apply the topical (Advantage) 24 hours after the Capstar.

Answer:	Capstar affect the nervous system of the fleas and they get spastic. The fleas get into a frenzy and squirm around on the cat. All that movement on the cats skin drive them a little crazy for 30-60 minutes.

Answer:	It’s for large dogs. I can’t remember off-hand if my bottle came with a different picture, but it did state it was for large dogs.

Answer:	On my box it shows dogs AND cats and says it is for dogs and cats 2-25 lbs and is 11.4 mg nitenpyram. It worked very fast and great on our small dogs and 2 cats. They get sick with some flea products and skin issues with collars. You might put your pet in the bathtub if very infested as the fleas start dropping off en masse. They did look dead but just in case.

Answer:	I have given these to both my dog and cat. They are both fine, and they work as long as you keep up your flea regimen.
