Answer:	I went to look on the bottle to make sure I told you correctly. The bottle says it kills fleas, ticks, lice and "flea eggs"...there isn't too much out there that kills the flea eggs. I don't want to sound like an advertisement for this company but this is the best shampoo I have ever used. I volunteer at several animal shelters, train dogs professionally and have six dogs of my own. I love the way my dogs smell after using this, the clean way the feel. Their fur is very soft after using this. I have two dogs that get very itchy. This helps with that. The down side is the last time I bought a bottle from pet smart it cost almost $20. I think that was a 12 oz bottle. When I found a gallon of this on here for a little over $50, I bought it as fast as I could. And yes, yeast is a fungus. It’s most likely that your dog with “yeast” problems has an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very probable that it’s an internal overgrowth that caused the skin affliction. I’m not speaking for the effectiveness of coal tar against Candida, but if topical treatment of your dog’s skin issue doesn’t respond to treatment or reoccurs after treatment, you should consider treating the problem internally. Also, if you’re feeding your dog dry food you may be perpetuating the problem. Dry food is rarely free of mold/mycotoxins.

Answer:	The short version is that Burt's Bees does not test on animals, and according to the company, they also do not ask anyone else to test on their behalf. They are also Leaping Bunny certified as cruelty-free. However, if CHINA (where some Burt's Bees products are/were sold) engaged in animal testing on their own (something they do or have done), then those particular products MAY have been tested on animals. This would've been outside Burt's Bees control if they wished to sell in China, so the long answer is that US products are not tested on animals, but products sold in China by Burt's Bees MAY have been tested on animals by the Chinese authorities, not by the Burt's Bees company. Either way, I think this company has done as much as possible to avoid ANY animal testing (except for staying out of China, but they had a reason for selling there, apparently, on a limited basis according to their website).

Answer:	The flea shampoo works really well. It kill fleas on contact. I would always follow the directions, which in this case states that it kills fleas for up to 28 days. However, I gave my cats one bath every two weeks, until I got control of the problem. Again, follow the directions precisely as the bottle states and then monitor your cat for any reactions. This should allow you to make the right decision if more frequent baths are appropriate.

Question:	how long does it keep killing fleas or is it a one time treatment
Answer:	It is a one time treatment. Works best to soak dog with shampoo in a bath tub. On the raise you'll see plenty of died fleas in the clear water. If properly applied per instructions it will kill about 90% of the fleas. The shampoo does not prevent re-infestation. You will need to couple with fleas/ticks topical or oral that works for your dog. I have yet to find one that is 100% effective, Trifexis the latest disappointment, was effective for about 2 and half week for my 8 month old Havanese.
Question:	Is this to be used also with advantage drip meds
Answer:	What are drip meds?
Question:	can it be used on kittens? Approx 13 weeks old, arond 3-4 lbs
Answer:	It says kittens over 12 weeks. But I'd wait til 5 lbs.
