Two ways to install:

1. You can use the tape (Included) to mount the doorbell. This is a super easy way to mount.

2. You can use the screws to mount it. It is more secured and recommended.

Help:

1.Make sure that your camera is connected to 2.4GHz network, not support 5GHz network.

2.The cloud storage is defaulted to off. So please remember to open it in the app when setting up.

3.Keep the doorbell in range of router. Thick or insulated doors can greatly reduce strength of your wifi signal even if your router is close by the doorbell.

4.Only when the app runs in the background or you close the app can you receive the notifications. If your app is in the live interface, you won't receive it.

5.If you want to receive ringtones indoors, you can use a wireless doorbell (included in the package).

6.Powered by batteries: Please make sure to remove the plastic insulation tabs from the batteries, after that use the USB cable to charge the doorbell with the batteries installed inside, just like how to charge your phone.

Answer:	Doubt it but don’t know.
Question:	I own a very similar sl-6157-a-tx, which just died after about 20 years. will the sl-6157-d activate my four existing receivers
Answer:	It is limited as far as distance and number of walls between the transmitter and receiver. I tried it in a situation where it was on the opposite side of a wall and the line of site with that part of the wall made it extremely intermittent. If it was on the near side of the wall, I could have heard the original doorbell. Sorry for the news, I haven't tried it in a few other possible situations, but I'm not hopeful.
Question:	A different model sti-3300 requires wiring the transmitter to your existing bell. does the sl-7357 not require any wiring? lots of bad reviews

Question:	How long does the battery last in the transmitter
Answer:	Truthfully I'm not sure. Of course it would depend on how much use it has. I purchased both a battery model and a plug in model. When one doesn't work, the other one does. If you don't hear it in the living room but you do in the bedroom, the battery one is dead. That's about every 2 years but then mine doesn't get a whole lot of use as I have a doggie driveway alarm. I'm guessing it needs replacement probably annually?

Answer:	On mine there is. I have the "older" system from a couple of years ago. It is still available. You can search online to find a listing of the songs and sounds it makes.

Answer:	Yes, in my opinion the button is easy enough to push. However I would recommend not purchasing this doorbell as I purchased two and they only worked for a week or two and then died. I ended up buying a different brand.

Question:	Is the door bell connected with screws
Answer:	I assume you are asking about the transmitter (button) which goes outside. The answer is no. You receive a strip of double sided adhesive which sticks the button to your door frame or siding. I thought it came with mounting screws, but it doesn't even have mounting holes so you could supply your own screws. If you do not wish to use the adhesive tape, I would suggest drilling small holes in the mounting plate so you could mount it with screws. I didn't do that because I had to mount it to vinyl siding. Still, I'm afraid that when the summer sun bakes it, the adhesive will release.

Answer:	While it doesn’t appear to, it does. You can actually see all holes of the other outlet, but it is so narrow, I have not found a 3 prong plug that would work. A 2 prong plug should be able to plug in.

Answer:	Currently our doorbell can't receive notification on the laptop and view it in real time on the PC.

Answer:	There is nothing that forbids the product to be mounted horizontally, all hardware parts still work. However, the picture frame you get from the app will also be that angle as it can not be rotated in the app. So this usage is not recommended! We recommend to place it vertically and, if needed, use the angle mount to adjust the angle. Thank you!
Question:	Can I use 128gb sd card
Answer:	Not recommended. You can use an SD card that doesn't exceed 64GB, but 128GB is not recommended as it may slow the read and write speed.
Question:	Is this weather resistant
Answer:	The doorbell is IP65 waterproof and can endure the temperature -20°C to 50°C. So basically it can survive mild rainy days, hot days, and some snow days. But if you are using it in a cold area, we'd suggest hardwiring, as cold weather may cause the battery to drain quickly.
