They fit great on the dogs collars and keep us noticeable in the dark on early morning runs as well as when we let the dogs out after dark...we can easily find where the dogs are in the yard. Our dogs are big 70 and 85 pounds and we live in the country and these lights are durable and we highly recommend them. I'm going to order another set of two for my husband and I to wear on morning runs and hikes.

Answer:	No. No need to hold on to anything. I had them strapped to my fingers and held a water bottle off and on as needed. They are light and very comfortable.

Answer:	The rubber strap is soft in your hand, so I don’t expect the poles to create any kind of pinching. I haven’t used them with poles but the handles are Flexible, so it may work fine.

Answer:	I would say a 'good long time', I used them for a RAGNAR relay and my teammates used them-so I would estimate they were on for at least 8 total hours. Probably depends on the quality of the battery too

Answer:	Yes you can clean it.. I use a soap and a small bush... the only part that I just wipe down ( I do not put in water) is the tiny plastic control box where you charge it. Do not submerge that piece. But the collar cleans easy and work great! You will love them..

Question:	How long does it take to charge?- Like for example when you say a couple of hours-Do you mean just 2 hours or do you mean 3-5 hours
Answer:	they arrived with a charge already so I charged them for about 3 hours ....after use that would be a few weeks I change the collar out with the other one ( I bought two) and let it charge for about 24 hours I do believe they would go at least a month without a charge I haven't tried to go that long yet but they do seem to hold up. The only draw back is were the on/off switch is. When my dog shakes her head the dog tags sometimes turns the collar on.
