Answer:	I don't think so. You have to be able to strap the cushions, the bottom would probably be ok but the lumbar cushion I don't think would fit tight and would probably slip. (They are adjustable straps but I still don't think it would work.) :(

Answer:	Depends on what size your dog is. My dog is 20 lbs and will have plenty of room. I've seen Corgi's that were fairly large though. Under 40 lbs? I'd say yes. It's well made and just perfect for our needs.
