Do the short ones ca ⅔ throuh the lug so you have the best hold of the strap.. ( i secured all ends with a strap of duct tape too..) Then tie down the bag with the long straps and best tie a knot right behind the lug if strap is long enough. And again duct tape may be your friend.. 😉 Have fun with the bag! Answer:	It fits any SUV but is a larger cover so perfect for larger cargo areas

Answer:	I would assume the largest one. I bought the largest one for my chevy traverse and it fits fine. I would think a 4Runner would be just as big if not a little bigger.
Question:	Will this fit in a 2020 4Runner without 3rd row seats
Answer:	I don't think so. I purchased the large for my 2015 Nissan Murano which I believe has a smaller rear cargo area than the Outback and it fits wonderfully. I think it should fit fine and will not be too big at all. Fyi the cloth on the large does hang over the bumper as a protectant, all I do is fold it up and close the hatch. I think large will be the right size for your Outback no matter what the model year it happens to be, be it the newer body style or the older body style.
Question:	Will this fit a Honda odyssey
Answer:	Velcro with 2 sided tape plus 2 suction cups per side. This is the only thing about this cover that's less than great. The 2 sided tape they use is not all that durable and can peel away as the pet's movement causes tension on the side panels. I replaced the tape on mine with some from Home Depot. Better but still not perfect. The suction cups do pretty well if you stick them to glass and wet them first.
