Answer:	All my Amazon blue and white plastic delivery envelopes smell like a fragranced chemical for the last couple of months. I now open those bags outside and leave them there. It hasn’t affected any product so far. The smell is gone from the envelope the next day

Answer:	I've had no problems with AA & DL. I am reasonably sure all airlines will approve. Works well under seat because the top is soft and can fit under life vests when headroom can be an issue with the hard sided carriers. The screening air vents give the pet good air curculation too.

Answer:	The inside dimensions of the small are 12.5" x 13" and 18" x 13" for the large.

Answer:	There is no frame, but when the seatbelt is properly holding the chair in the car, the tether is also anchored (the tether is attached to the seatbelt anchor). While the "chair" is not installed on the car, the tether is not stable at all. When installed as directed, it would save your dog from flying out of the chair

Answer:	There is a slot for the seatbelt, accessed easily when the cushion is taken out. It really belts in tightly and securely (shoulder harness seatbelt in the back seat of the car is where we use it). I was surprised how strong and secure it is!

Answer:	I have a 2014 Rav4 and the standard size fits mine perfectly.

Answer:	I've gone through 2 of these now. Each time the main fabric was great, but the front headrest straps ripped within 2 months. The first time, I contacted the seller and they replied promptly that it shouldn't have ripped, but then didn't follow up with the promised replacement.

Answer:	I live in Florida and I have found it to be very hot after sitting in the sun. I have put a towel over the top to protect my dog's belly from getting burned. The pet cover works great keeps seat dry and hair free.
Question:	Does it take long to remove for people passengers
Answer:	I can get it hooked up and removed in less than a minute, i just use the 4 buckled straps and it works fine for my dogs. I have an 80lb Rottweiler and a 50lb lab mix and just using the buckles works perfectly fine in my 2015 Ford Focus.

Answer:	We have only had the cover for a short time and our seats are leather. We have had no problems with the backing rubbing off to date.
Question:	I have a 2019 subaru forester. Can you put the seats down and still kepp the car protector cover on ? Can you use the rear middle seat belt
Answer:	It fits my 2020 Forester well. Only issue is the straps meant to loop around the bottom edges of the seat don't really have anything to loop around. The cover still stays in place well.

The car seat is not very sturdy. The strap with the hook is actually quite long. It will not keep your pet in the seat. Luckily my dog sleeps during car rides. It's for fashion not protect.

Answer:	From bottom of booster (including what I call the legs) to top is almost 11 1/2 inches. Not sure I understand your question of distance between vehicle seat and booster. The booster sits directly on the seat. I have mine in the front passenger seat of a Toyota Highlander and I have no problems. It is also very easy to move if you need to. Hope this helps.

Works great for my 8lb Yorkie...bought it for a trip and gives her plenty of room to stretch out...I did pad top area on front & sides by rolling up a couple small towels and then putting cover over edges to make more comfy for her paws...doubles as her bed ...she loves it.
