The product is a little annoying because the sides aren’t sturdy and my small dogs would just lay on the sides making it pointless, it’s also very easy for them to get out of. Answer:	I've had no problems with AA & DL. I am reasonably sure all airlines will approve. Works well under seat because the top is soft and can fit under life vests when headroom can be an issue with the hard sided carriers. The screening air vents give the pet good air curculation too.

Answer:	I have a (now) 20lb dachshund. this will be his 3rd Tagalong car seat! I LOVE them!! Max outgrew his first seat so I bought the medium. He is a rescue & was only supposed to be ~10lbs, well surprise, so what, he's a big bundle of fun & joy. he still fits in the medium but I feel he would enjoy the space of the XL more due to his length. Answer:	No. I got it to transport a 12 lb dog, he could only sit straight up, after hanging bottom and top straps around headrest.The bottom strap slid down, and dog was caught between seat and car seat. It is good quality material and well made, but I’m going to get the next size up.
Question:	What is the maximum weight for a dog to use this
Answer:	My baby (dog) is a 18 month old, 21# Welsh Terrier. She and I really like her booster seat as she likes looking out the front windshield. She doesn't get close to the side window, but if she did I think the side wire would hold her. Although, this booster seat has two straps at the inside bottom which attaches to her collar in two places. This holds her in place so she can't get over in my lap as I drive. I don't think these two straps would be long enough to allow your dog to put it's head out the window. On our trips she sits upright so she can see out and also enjoy the air conditioner blowing on her face. When she is ready to take a nap she lays down and places her head on the edge so she can look at me and I can rub her head as we are driving. I really like this seat as it enables her to be up front with me so we can enjoy each others company in a safe way. I highly recommend it.

Question:	how quick can you set this up and take it down... would have to go to work with me every day and need something simple that's just click and go

Question:	How sturdy are the zippers? Bought a pet nation one, and the zipper broke right away
Answer:	One the zippers was already loose/ not connected when I received my new crate. After many emails, the seller finally came tgrough sending me another cover. This crate including the zippers , is not desighned for chewers.
Question:	Are the zippers protected and lockable
Answer:	NO. Being that this is a soft crate I'm not sure that locks would be of any use. I am using this for my Golden Retriever puppy and he likes being in it. He chewed off one of the tabs that holds it together when folded ( he had a little fit) but he respects the zippers. It's quite sturdy for a soft crate and is easy to move in and out of my Subaru.
Question:	Will this be too large for a 25lb dog
Answer:	My dogs is 28 lbs. It is a perfect size. I use it in my car for him to ride in.

Question:	I received this, took it out of package and it has a very strong chemical smell. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it air out after a few days
Answer:	The inside dimensions of the small are 12.5" x 13" and 18" x 13" for the large.
Question:	Is this a good size for a 17lb miniature dachshund
Answer:	He probably won't be able to lie but he/she can sit in it just fine. My 18 lb. Miniature Schnauzer can sit and lie in our seat. He/she would be able to lie down in the larger size.
Question:	Is this airline approved
Answer:	It's hard to explain, but the tether is attached to a piece of nylon webbing which is sewn to the cloth (which is underneath the removable seat.) However, the seatbelt is placed through the nylon webbing making it, in my opinion, very secure. I would think that the only better way of securing the dog would be to attach the tether directly to the seatbelt buckle and as long as the harness doesn't fail, you would have a very secure device. Unfortunately, I have a 11 lb Shichon who likes to look out the window. If I were to tether her directly to the seatbelt buckle I know she would sit on the seat and whine. BTW - the frame of the seat is a hard core of Styrofoam. I've been very pleased with my purchase, but then I haven't been involved in an accident either. I only use a harness with the tether, not a collar. I hope I've explained this well enough for you to make a decision. Good luck!
Question:	how does this attach to car seat
Answer:	There is a slot for the seatbelt, accessed easily when the cushion is taken out. It really belts in tightly and securely (shoulder harness seatbelt in the back seat of the car is where we use it). I was surprised how strong and secure it is!

Answer:	The plate that is welded to the fish mate itself is only 3" x 12" and I have a Toyota Tacoma already and have a place on the bumper for a plate . So I mounted it to a play that was 12" x 12" drilled holes in the bumper and luckily there's a bar down underneath it comes across also draw holes in that amount of it that way hope that was helpful .
Question:	Does this have a top flap to zip if used as a carrier
Answer:	Depends on what bumper you have, it has a flat mounting bracket as shown in the picture pre-drilled with 4 holes. I have an aftermarket bumper with a receiver hitch built in up front so I purchased the hitch adapter as well and it works great. If you are just getting the rod holder you will need to drill holes in your bumper to mount it to, a flat surface would be needed as the mount plate is flat.
Question:	Are the bottom and sides hard
Answer:	Yes if you have a metal bumper and not plastic.
Question:	i bought this product, however I notice there is no built in tether to attach to dogs collar. Is the item defective
