The only down fall with this product for me was that the base/mat/ bottom of it is Velcro'd to it so my puppy would greet me to the door everyday because he easily got out of it. It became pointless I might as well have left him out to begin with. But it's great when traveling and you can sit there and watch your pet.

Why does the bed have a 2-inch non-memory foam base?

Since memory foam conforms to the weight applied to it, regular foam is needed underneath to give the memory foam a firm foundation. The foam base ensures that your pet's weight will be fully supported with no sagging or give.

Is the cover durable?

Our 100% polyester cover is designed to ensure long lasting. We also recently upgraded the adhesion of the non-slip dots to prevent them from falling off while washing.

Upon Receipt

Your dog bed will arrive rolled up and vacuum sealed in a relatively small box. Unroll and lay completely flat. Please allow up to 24 hours for it to fully decompress.

Question:	Is the bottom of the carrier to hold up a 15 lbs with out sagging down
Answer:	I would think so unless he is a digger or chewer. He may be able to get through the screens then. But if he isn't to rambunctious....these are pretty good. My daughter's one cat does fine in it.....the other Houdini cat.....you have to keep an eye on. It has a zippered top that opens very very wide....then it has two zippered flaps on the sides with mesh inside.

Answer:	The bottoms is attached. They only part of the playpen that can be detached is the top, you can unzip it completely and take off or half way which ever you prefer. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a playpen for their furry baby. It is very spacious, more then I expected it to be. It also has 2 doors one each end that you can leave unzipped and leave open for your pet to come and go as they please. My little Yorkie loves to play in hers. If I need to leave her for a couple hours to do errand it's wonderful I can put her pee pad, food and water bowls, toys and her baby blanket to lay on if she wants and still have enough room on one side for her to play. I know I've answered more then you asked just thought the more info you had it would help you make your decision. By the way my Yorkie is around 4lbs and this is a lot of space for her. If you do purchase a heads up, you may have to set it out to air out before you place your pet inside it cause they do come with a very very bad chemical smell that will burn your eyes and throat but after a day unpacked and cleaned with soap and water your good to go! Question:	Can I wash it with a washing machine
Answer:	It's not really water proof at all, it's not even that water resistant. If you catch the accident immediately and are very careful, you may be able to get the cover off without getting pee in the foam. But if the pee sits there even a few minutes, it will soak through. Also the little grips on the bottom come off in the wash.
Question:	This item has not arrived. Wondering if it was not included in an order of books I paid for. Can this order be tracked
Answer:	I have not had it through the summer yet but when my Lab gets real hot from running he will lie on the wood floor rather than his bed. as the weather gets warmer he still sleeps on it at night. It seems to be very durable I think your pet will be happy with it. Hope this helps
Question:	where is the product manufactured
Answer:	If your mini's like to cuddle, then yes. Otherwise, I would recommend no. It is rather small. If they get active enough, I can envision it being knocked over. I ended up returning mine. It was delivered to me with what appeared to be burn marks and a hole. My intention was for my Chihuahua. She can be an active little stinker. I was glad I returned it. I foresaw her flipping this thing over.
Question:	is this blanket made out of 100% cotton
Answer:	It will work just fine for the pups only. If you chihuahua is active and likes to move around and jump she will tilt it over. Its not very tall. My 9 month old shih tzu tilts it over and gets out. I have one that I bought from pet smart that my puppy stay in. It cost 99.00. They have smaller ones. That will be good for your fur babies.
