Answer:	My dog wears a medium per the size chart. He has a 24" chest exactly and it was snug. It fits but he can't gain any weight. I can't quite get the strap up to the top velcro. If your dog is smaller than 24" chest, then this should fit. I would say that if your dogs chest is 24", go to the next size.

Answer:	The XXS is for pups under 10 lbs. My little JRT is about 11.5 lbs and the XS fits her very well, but I wouldn't want it any bigger, so I'd go down 1 for a dog under 10 lbs.

Answer:	Extra Large is too big on my 80 lb "Built like a chunky Lab" mixed breed. I'd go with large for yours.

Answer:	You can buy harnesses that go over a coat. I love the Hurtta harness. I saw a review on YouTube and bought one. I loved it so much I bought a few of them. No more searching for leash hooks!
Question:	what are the materials used
Answer:	I purchased and ended up purchasing a second one to have on hand when one in wash. I have Shi tzu who shakes at loud noise (fire crackers/works) and even riding in car. I put on when it arrived and my dog has stopped shaking, rides in car just fine and she will not allow me to take it off her. My dog does not have separation anxiety, just fear of riding in car and loud noises. Don't know how it works but it does. I would certainly give it a try for separation anxiety as there is a comfort from the Mellow Shirt.
