Answer:	Mine is hung on a flag pole with no problems. Not sure what your options are for drilling holes into the outdoor structure. But anything you use needs to be able to withstand the outdoor elements (weather) such as none rust mounting brackets, wiring, rope, etc... The flag has a pocket just like curtains that runs along the top. Using rope or non-rust wire to run through the pocket and then attach ends to your non-rust hardware at both ends. Just suggestions, because I don’t have knowledge about what restrictions you may be working with such as renting, leasing (not the home owner).

Answer:	I don’t think so. The size is probably good but the wire is a smaller gauge, similar to what you’d find on a parakeet cage. It may not be strong enough to hold up to the beak of an alexandrine. My caique loves this cage but he is not an aggressive chewer.

Answer:	The cage is powder covered so rust resistant, but if left outside it will begin to rust. If inside and occasionally gets wet then not much of a problem. I've had mine inside for several years and it gets wet some form water spills and cleaning but has no rust.

Answer:	Should work fine outside. I had an extra section sent but It made the cage to large indoors so I put it outside as a trellis and it has held up to the elements in Minnesota very well

Answer:	I believe New Jersey. On the back of the toy there's a stamp that says "Teterboro, NJ" So I'm assuming there. Nowhere on it does it have any markings showing manufacturing anywhere else. Hope that helps.
