Answer:	Mine stays under the skirt most of the time too. This version is awful compared to the previous model that had the pink circle (skirt). It was MUCH faster, which kept my cat way more interested for alot longer period of time since it was harder to catch. And the toy was NOT under the skirt for the most part. It was 1000x better. I'm really disappointed with this model. This company also did the same thing with their Electric Loco Motion Toy that was so great. I had the previous model of it for 2 yrs and the motor went out, so I ordered another one and it was an 'updated' model and it was 10x slower and my cat won't even touch it now...used to be her favorite toy that she'd play with almost all day some days. It's crazy to me that they would downgrade their products to the extreme that they have these two toys.

Question:	How do I remove the old butterfly to replace it
Answer:	The butterfly is attached to the wire that’s attached to the plastic round circle at the end of the wire and that plastic circle piece plugs into the circular disc base . Get either a dull butter knife to gently lift out the small circular plastic piece and then install brand new butterfly replacement You can’t take just the butterfly off by itself you need to buy the butterfly replacement pack and install new butterfly wire stem piece each time butterfly becomes worn out and torn up by kitty .

Answer:	No. It only worked for me twice with the lights and never worked again.
Question:	Is it fast? How fast is it
Answer:	Not as fast or sturdy as a different brand I bought previously. I bought 2 of these and 1 would not charge when I received them, so I had to return it. Not sure if rechargeable one are not as fast or sturdy as a battery one is, but replacing batteries can be tiring and expensive. , I will probably try a different brand of rechargeable one later to find out.

Answer:	I don’t know. I haven’t needed to replace them.

Answer:	NOT LOUD~ The operation of it is quiet. The noise should be from it rolling on the floor because it’s made of hard plastic. My cats chase it. They love it.

Answer:	It makes noise as in when you turn it on, the mechanism makes noise as it wiggles, almost sounding like a remote control car, but not as intense. As for any sort of “attractant” type noise, deafening bubbles like a similar brand, or meowing sounds, No it does not.

Answer:	Hello, thanks for reporting your problem. Yes, an iphone charger shoule be fine. There seemed to be some problem with your charging cord. We just tested 1,000 charging cords and 2 of the them got overheated. Could you please send us an email with your shipping address so that we can send you a new moving fish with new charging cord? We have urgently talked with our charging cord supplier and asked them to upgrade the cords. Sorry for everything.
Question:	How long did you have to charge this. I put it on overnight and it did not work
Answer:	Hello, Some customers reported the same problem and they all finally fixed it. Maybe in the instruction sheet, we fail to make things clear, sorry about that. First of all could you please read carefully below key points and ensure you have done all of them correctly? If it still won't work, I will send a new replacement, no worries. 1. When charging, the motor glows red light; When fully charged, the light goes out. In the instruction sheet in the package, it mentions about the green light, please ignore it. We upgraded the motor only recently and haven’t got a chance to modify the instruction sheets; 2. It takes only about 90 mins to get the motor fully charged from "no battery power'. After the red light goes out, it indicates “fully charged”; 3. After fully charging the motor, be sure to flip the switch on and then tap the fish belly to get the fish moving just like cats would do with their paws. If you have tried all the things mentioned above, the fish still won't move or hold a charge, please reply to me and i will send you a new replacement. Don't worry. Question:	Is the petlinks mystery motion toy suppose to shut off after 3 or 4 minutes
Answer:	I just purchased this toy 3 days ago. We have 8 indoor cats. I already have 2 of the older model purple toys. Both are still working but I need wands despararly. All of the cats play with this and really enjoy beating the stuffing out of wharever is on the wand. I decided that we need at least 4 so that all of the cats have an opportunity to "catch their prey." Our Calico cat will play with it for as long as you keep activating it. After 30 minutes I unplug it and put it in a closet.
