Answer:	I don't know much about the Urine Destroyer. But, I CAN tell you that this product (No More Marking), did not work at all with my male dog. The product has a strong odor that is not very pleasant. And as I mentioned, it didn't work the way it's supposed to work.

Answer:	I have a female puppy and this product has helped with potty training. We use it in combination with other products. We first thoroughly clean the soiled area as directed by the other product, and once it dries we spray this on the area and allow it to dry before allowing our puppy near the area again. Keep in mind, shampooing carpets that have old urine stains in them can make them smell much, much worse initially so you will want to be able to air the room and keep it closed off from the rest of the house, simultaneously. Use fans to help dry the carpet faster. Pets should be kept from the room until the carpet is dry and the odor gone.
