Answer:	Bleach doesn't stain, it removes the color. Your best bet would be to contact a professional carpet cleaner and explain what happened. The really good ones know how to dye as well. If it isn't too big of a stain they should be able to dye it back to the original color.

Answer:	Yes. I used it on a coil spring mattress with a slim memory foam top and just sprayed and left it on with a mattress cover over it (you could use towels as well) and just left it like that. Next time I checked the stains had disappeared. Worked perfectly.

Answer:	I don't see why not although I don't know why you'd choose this over a regular floor cleaner, unless the tile is porous at which case, I'm not sure of how it would work, stain wise.

Answer:	Our order (pack of 2) only came with one flimsy oddball generic white sprayer, not two sprayers and not the sturdy Woolite. Won't be ordering this again.

Tips & Tricks from the Experts in Pet Stain Removal

1. Blot up any excess material until your blotting cloth does not transfer any more liquid.

2. Use the stream setting on the spray nozzle, and thoroughly soak the stain to twice the size of the stained area because the stain may have spread on the backing of your carpet.

3. If necessary, allow the formula one to two hours to work. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.

4. Blot the area with a wet rag to rinse the treated area.

5. For vomit and feces stains, use paper towels to remove as much of the debris without rubbing the stain in. Work from the outside in to minimize spreading the stain.

6. For stains that are old or just not coming out, be sure to heavily saturate the stain with formula. Use more than you think you should!

Answer:	There is a narrow seam where the plastic tube is inserted. It is hard to find - but if one looks carefully there's an interruption (1/2 an inch) or a gap in the sewn seam - that's where the tube is fed through. Good luck. (I machine wash, w/o the ring, and hang dry.)

Answer:	If you use this in an upright cleaner, you will waste a lot of money. This solution is diluted for smaller handheld/spot cleaners. If you use it in am upright, you'll be going through a lot of this solution. A proper upright liquid is meant to be mixed with water so you can clean a larger area. This is already mixed with water.
Question:	Can I use with little green machine
Answer:	Yes. Works well.
Question:	I have the spotbot pet model 33n8. do i add this formula from the water line or is it used full strength
Answer:	My SpotBot solution container has a water fill line and a cleaning solution fill line. If you fill the container full strength, you'll probably empty the bottle after only one or two cleanings. It's probably good to read the manual that comes with the machine. If you don't have one, check the Bissell website for a possible downloadable copy.

Answer:	Terry cloth so cotton. Nice and warm! But slightly difficult after washing to put plastic ring back together. Like it though because there is no heat in my second bathroom.

Answer:	Just toss in the wash with your favorite detergent and bleach. Wash separately.
Question:	How do you rinse a rug
Answer:	I know it can be very tricky but if you feel around the tubing from underneath & stretch the material @ same time you'll end up seeing it. You'll feel this where about the thickest part is on the tubing that's where the hole is you have to grab on both sides of the thickest part & pull it apart then you should be able to see the hole that thicker piece will remain inside the material but the rest of the tubing will slide out, that's normal only the tubing comes out leaving a small round piece inside. I tried answering this question the best way I can &just hope you understand exactly how I described it. If you run into a problem or don't understand something I wrote just ask me what it is & hopefully we can get your tubing removed. Thank you Dancing fire

Answer:	Having reared 2 children during the cloth diaper days, I recommend that you use the same technique. Rinse off first in the toilet (after flushing until water is clear), then wash seat cover pad in washing machine, hot. Rinsing should remove all residue except possibly very light stains. Hot, soapy water in a "normal" wash mode should complete the cleaning very well.
