Answer:	I'm not familiar with Blue Walnut Litter. If it clumps, this scoop will work fine. If it's like the pine pellets that dissolve into sawdust when wet, it won't work at all. For that you need a two tray litter box where the bottom tray is solid and the top tray has holes for the sawdust to sift down. Hope that helps! 

Answer:	I wasn't able to post pictures for this question, but I posted pictures in my review, using a tape measure. This will give you the accurate size. I use this to scoop my chicken roost poop board, it works great. I had the cheap plastic one that worked ok, but this is a nice big scoop.

Answer:	FALSE - I don't know what is under the handle under the rubber - metal or hard plastic - but it does not bend at all. The only part that bends and does not have solid material under the plastic is the hole at the end of the handle for hanging. I only use this scoop; got rid of all my others. Answer:	I have used knock-off pads and they don't hold as much or control odor as well. I decided to bite the bullet and put out the cash for the name brand.

Answer:	No, this system uses the mineral Zeolite which has natural deodorizing properties. It is commonly used with horses, aquatic systems, and more. I have 6 of these systems for 4 cats and have had the system in use for over 5 years. I am hands down more satisfied with this system than clumping litter (messy), crystals (messy) and pine pellets (really messy). This system keeps down odor and after doing the math, it appears to be more expensive but actually is less expensive not to mention much easier on the human servants that have to do the work ;). If you can source Zeolite from a farm supply in pieces large enough not to fall through the screen, go for it! It is an inexpensive material except when you have to purchase it this way. Some people also clean it and reuse it after drying. It works, I have tried it but it is a bit of a pain. Now if we could find a great pad subsititute for less $$...

Answer:	Be wary of lightweight litters- they've been known to cause upper respiratory problems because of dust problems. I get what you're saying about Boxiecat being heavy; it's still the best litter I've ever found. I use a handled cup as a scoop & just leave the bag in the corner. Or you could get a small lidded trashcan & transfer the litter over if you don't want an open bag sitting around.

Answer:	It's about 16 pounds. But I'd urge you not to compare this to another litter by weight; Boxiecat lasts longer than any litter I've used. 1 bag lasts me a month for two cats. If it's lifting the bag you're concerned about, I find it very easy to manage.

Answer:	I have not found it to be hard to remove from the corners, and one of my 2 cats always pees in the corner. However, I do have a very sturdy scoop that I use. I hate the fact that the litter is so expensive, but I've noticed my cats allergies are better and it is the least dust-free litter I've ever used.

Answer:	We used Dr. Elsey's for several years. Tried Boxiecat and now won't use anything else. Dr. Elsey's seemed to get dustier with each box we bought and was very irritating to me, and made my cat sneeze, also. And the clay would clump hard on the bottom and was very hard to clean up. Boxiecat clumps right away on the surface of the litter, so you can keep the box very clean; and it creates much less dust. It's expensive but worth it, and as you can keep it so much cleaner, the litter does last longer. Great litter!
