Question:	of my cats lay on top of the comforter and the 3rd one likes to snuggle around my neck under the covers. Is that safe for me? Direct contact to me
Answer:	I'm no expert on this but here is how the collar works. Very small amounts of chemical (pesticide) are absorbed into the subcutaneous fat layer under the cat's skin. According to the manufacturer, it supposedly does not get into the blood stream or enter any other organs. When the fleas bite they die. Since it is a small amount and according to the label it is for animals that weigh a lot less than a human, I cannot imagine that the collar poses a huge threat. I don't know that I would let the collar come in contact with children's skin and it is recommended that you wash your hands after handling it. Since we tried everything else and this was the only thing that really worked, I would say the fleas pose a greater risk. some cats can have adverse reactions, so watch for hair loss, sores, diarrhea or lethargy. If you see any of those signs remove the collar. Some folks that have multiple cats have said that they put collars on some of them but if one was sensitive to the product they didn't put one on that cat, and their fleas were gone too. So maybe don't put one on the neck snuggler and see what happens.

Answer:	I purchased from an eBay seller and it turned out to be a fake. Good price at $35 when I bought the two I needed. I knew something was wrong right away because they smelled very strong of moth balls. all were sealed, but for the past 3 years, buying mostly from well know companies like Petco and PetRX, I've never smelled anything and they've worked wonderfully! I called the 800# for Seresto, they took all of the info from my cans and determined that they were knock offs. They send me a return authorization form and shipping label and are sending me two new collars for supporting the investigation. I'll never try to go that cheap again. I have to buy collars quicker than they're sending them because of the weather, but they assure me they have a shelf life of 5 years if unopened. It's a far better investment than the topical, which is messy, is hard to put on a cat, and that they lick off of each other which worries me. Answer:	Hi. Well, unfortunately this product comes from China. If I had been able to see that on the website I would not have bought it. But since I did, and spent my money on it, and it was flea season I had to go ahead and use it on my 2 cats. I will admit that it has done an exceptional job however. My cats are indoor/outdoor pets and they have not had a single tick nor any fleas bothering them. They do sometimes bite a little at something and scratch, but no live fleas have come off in the house that I've found, nor have I found any on them when checking them. I bought some spot on in case I needed it, but have not used it. It has been an unusually hot summer here and I expected lots of fleas, but it hasn't been an issue here. I don't really "recommend" any item, but I think these collars have performed as well as the more expensive ones. They've worn them since about May 1.
Question:	The 4th line of ' product desccription ' refers to adjusting the collar so " prostate massager " may move about the throat... animal cruelty
Answer:	this product does NOT work at all, my cats have had this collar on for months and it has never killed fleas or kept them off. this is a total fake flea collar. my cats had actually got more fleas on them with this collar then without. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!!!!! I still have not received a refund .

Question:	Do these kill cat lice
Answer:	I would assume so. The collar kills fleas and ticks. So I believe it would eliminate lice to. They would be easier to kill. Good Luck
Question:	How do I just buy one
Answer:	Look for a different vendor. Although I only received one and paid for two. Amazon did refund me for the missing collar.
Question:	Is it ok to use flea comb ? Just making sure flea combing does not reduce the effectiveness of the collar somehow
Answer:	There is no reason to use a flea comb. But if you do wish to use one. It should have no affect. I generally just brush my dog and cat. Have used these collars for 3+ years and they have always worked great
