Answer:	Maybe we got a bad batch... I bought two for cross vent between front and rear doors. But any decent wind would blow one of the two of them open. Our doors are painted metal, so the next thing that happens is the magnet gets to the door and WACK - pinned open. They are frustrating me...

Having said that, we purchased one about 2 years ago and it has been an absolute pleasure to have it and it has been more than satisfactory the entire time. If you keep anything magnetic, like a broom to be more specific, leaning up against the wall next to the opening you choose to hang your screen on, the magnets in the screen will in fact attach itself, thereby causing the screen to remain halfway open if you don't happen to notice that it took place. Otherwise, we have 2 dogs and 2 grand doggies who visit us often, and it's an absolute God send for that purpose alone. Also, because we are very outdoorsy people, we tend to go through the doorway with full hands and with this screen, I can't tell you how great it is not having to set things down or fumble and possibly drop the stuff. And then one last thing I'll mention about it is, and it's really just something silly, but it's actually quite the conversation piece too believe it or not lol. People just trip over it because they've never seen anything like it I guess, so they think it's just great. The one downside as far as I'm concerned at least is, once you've had it for a period of time and have gotten real used to having, seeing and using it on the daily, be careful going through the same type door opening when visiting at your family or friends houses because you might just walk into the closed door or screen more likely, and you could be injured, embarrassed or both lol. Answer:	We have a Brittany Spaniel that measures 23" at the shoulder and weighs 52 lbs. She clears the sides and top with about 2" per side clearance. For a Lab you might want to consider one size larger than the model we got because Labs tend to get big and bulky. This door has been great for us. It saves a lot of getting up and down to let the dog in or out. Good quality too.

So much that my cat could barely get through and I had to demagnetize the door so she could use it. No roaches can get in unless they're like HULK roaches. And if that's the case you may have another problem on your hands.

We put the door in and they all went through it! It's a great door. We are very happy!

We use a bar in the sliding door track to "lock" the door if we want to leave the pet door in place over night. Question:	Is says 2 pack, but only lists 1 door in description-how many doors are there
Answer:	This is exactly the problem I have with mine. This is our second pet door, this one installed on a different door. The first pet door worked so well we wanted the same thing for our second door. On this pet door, the two magnets - one on the swinging door and one on the frame are of the same pole so they repel each other so the door won't stay closed. It still works but there is a gap that's letting insects in. It's a QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE BY THE MANUFACTURER! Not happy :(
Question:	Can you double check the width of the external frame. I bought a similar one that was actually 14.5 inches wide, not 14. I need it to be 14 in max
Answer:	We have 3 "inside" cats, who come in to sleep every night, are very lovey, want to be petted, etc. I use the cat door so they can go out during the day (we are on 20 acres and abut a cow farm). We also have 2 "outside" cats that come around at feeding time (outside), but absolutely don't want petting or any interaction. However, since installing the door, I have found that the "outside" cats are IN pretty much every time I come home. I think they like the quiet, the cool A/C, and no dogs around. When I come in the front door... they scramble out the back through the screen opening. Those are the only "visitors" I've had. That I know of.
Question:	Can we order just the door/ flapper? The tabs broke off and would rather not buy the whole kit

If the cat flap door is too thick for the door you want to be fixed to, use a scissors, saw or cutting machine to cut along the line A or B as shown. The cutting scale is around 3 to 6 mm. For small cat flap door, the cutting scale is around 1 to 3 mm.

1.Turn Red and Green switches to both sides, pet is prevented from entering or exiting house.

2.Turn Red and Green swithes to right side, pet is allowed to enter house, but prevent from exiting house.

How to Select a Suitable cat door for door?

1. Measure width of your pet: measure the widest part of your pet, usually across the chest and add around 1’’.

2. Measure height of your pet: measure your pet from the bottom of the chest or belly to the top of tallest shoulder. Add around 1’’ as well.

Please measure your pet carefully and choose the suitable one for your beloved pets. If your pets are still young and will grow up, you can choose bigger size for further use.

Question:	will this work in the screen of my window and not let bugs/mosquitos in
Answer:	The outer edges are pretty rigid (profiled plastic). The grid flexes, maybe a couple of inches in the middle.
Question:	Would this work in a window?? I would have to cut the glass and install this
Answer:	It is neither 36 or 35.5; it is smaller, width & length. More in the 34 inch range (that is the "ears" where the screws go in) the actual screen part is smaller.
