Furniture That Cats Love!
When we initially come up with an idea we build the prototype and mount the rough version of the idea furniture in our home letting our 4 cats help us work out what’s working and what doesn’t. Our facility has just built out a cat room where we’re expanding the process even further by inviting employees to bring in their cats to get additional feedback.
The furniture has been evolving over the last 5 years, and we feel very optimistic from the feedback we’re getting back from the furniture’s evolution.
Tested to Hold Cats of All Sizes
Our furniture can hold a lot of weight. Each shelf, plank, and hammock have been tested to hold up to 120 pounds of weight, which was the most that we had on hand at the time. It was a little trickier to get weights balanced on our Floating Sisal Posts, so we tested them to hold up to 65 pounds, though it would have held more.
Mounting Information
We’ve spent a lot of time refining our instructions to make them easy to follow. We not only show the step by step actions of the furniture being installed, but we’ve also added video instructions for the people who would rather watch it in that format. Our canvas fabric now comes in finished sections, allowing for a quicker installation. If you run into any issues along the way, we would love to answer any questions either over email or telephone.

The Most Selected Material-Strong Jute
The most popular rolling material for cat trees is sisal, jute and carpet. Immediately we take carpet away from our wall mounted series because of the durability and practicability.
We do spend much time in making a decision between sisal and jute because they are both good material for scratching. Especially sisal, with the natural smell which is attractive to cats. However, we found something later in our product testing room. Cats who just have the nail clipped or polished will have a higher percentage of failure to climb up the sisal post.
Compare with two kind of materials, we find jute is softer than sisal which can allow cats to scratch in easily. For climbing, especially with distance from ground, safety comes first. We don't want to see any injury or loss of step accident for our cat users. This fact leads us to select jute for the wall mounted series and in order to enhance the durability, we choose the thickness of 1/5 inch jute to make a strong rolling and smooth surface.

When we initially come up with an idea we build the prototype and mount the rough version of the idea furniture in our home letting our 4 cats help us work out what’s working and what doesn’t. Our facility has just built out a cat room where we’re expanding the process even further by inviting employees to bring in their cats to get additional feedback.
The furniture has been evolving over the last 5 years, and we feel very optimistic from the feedback we’re getting back from the furniture’s evolution.
Tested to Hold Cats of All Sizes
Our furniture can hold a lot of weight. Each shelf, plank, and hammock have been tested to hold up to 120 pounds of weight, which was the most that we had on hand at the time. It was a little trickier to get weights balanced on our Floating Sisal Posts, so we tested them to hold up to 65 pounds, though it would have held more.
Mounting Information
We’ve spent a lot of time refining our instructions to make them easy to follow. We not only show the step by step actions of the furniture being installed, but we’ve also added video instructions for the people who would rather watch it in that format. Our canvas fabric now comes in finished sections, allowing for a quicker installation. If you run into any issues along the way, we would love to answer any questions either over email or telephone.

The Cat Mod Lift is a great starter package or a way to add a little extra onto your current Cat Mod setup. Our cats love to lounge on these hammocks or use them as steps to get to other pieces on our walls. There are three wooden planks to create two fabric hammocks between, as well as two smaller steps, which attach to the fabric in order to create a ladder for your cat to climb.
With this set, you will be able to create a 16” hammock, with a two-step ladder that can descend or rise up on either end of the piece.
