Answer:	4 pieces total. Base, bottom pole, center grey piece, top pole with ball attached. Base connects with a screw, washer and nut to the bottom pole. Bottom pole connects through the grey part with a double sided screw to the top pole. Easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Answer:	The base is truly 19" but there are two 'perches' on top (see picture) and the outer edges of these two is approx 23" but if you don't install one of the two perches you CAN keep the overall width to 19"-hope this helps. It is easy to NOT install one of the perches.

Answer:	I don't know the link, the ball came as a surprise in the package, and my cat too likes it very much. I looked at the Yangbaga website and found nothing, also looked up Yangbaga on the Web and was directed back to Amazon. So I guess you'll have to make your own with the left overs rope, that is what I did. It comes apart a bit quickly but I just keep on trying to get the glue right to make the string stay into the shape of a ball. Sorry I was not more helpful.

Answer:	I got 164FT and it is 6mm (which is 0.236inches). Says in title "Yangbaga Cat Natural Sisal Rope for Scratching Post Tree Replacement, Hemp Rope for Repairing, Recovering or DIY Scratcher, 6mm Diameter, Come with a Sisal Ball" I am pretty sure all these are 6mm which is a big part of why I purchased it. This is a good size for multiple cat cat trees.

Answer:	I have the wall mounted version but I don’t think it’s available so they’re probably selling the floor version instead. The wall mounted one is available on eBay.
Question:	I got it almost set up, but I’ve been twisting the top half forever and the screw won’t completely go in, so of course the top is wobbly. Suggestions
Answer:	This happened to me and I would look at the instructions again and make sure the screws are in the right order. I can't recall the order but I can take my apart and find out.
Question:	When we attached the top, the screw come through the fabric and is sticking out about half an inch. It’s really unsafe! Was it made wrong
Answer:	You used the wrong screw. I did the same at first but then realized there is a shorter one I accidentally used at the bottom

Question:	How is the cat tree secured
Answer:	It's pretty tall. My cat is close to seven lbs and 8months old and it's the same height as she is when standing up. It goes with our furniture great and she does use it but she prefers the flat scratching piece that she can sit on.

Answer:	The pole is 2 feet from the top of the platform; the platform is around 1 1/2" tall.
Question:	What kind of tools do you need to fasten it to the wall
Answer:	Yes, but by the time you receive the package the cat will probably have gone to kitty Heaven. (Playing along with you....I hope)
Question:	Is it easy enough for a woman to assemble
Answer:	Bring the round scratching-post part with you to the hardware store. I am not sure of the size. Ask for about a half-inch longer than the suggest in the hardware store, so that there is enough length to go through the base. Also get a washer and nut to affix to the part that comes through the bottom of the base.
