Question:	My home's walls are sheetrock drywall on 2x4 wood beams. Your information states not to hang it on drywall. It seems this is not okay for many homes
Answer:	The screw anchors that came with it are inadequate for sheet rock. I corresponded with the sellers and gave them suggestions for improved wall anchors. If they have not upgraded the anchors, go to any hardware store and get either molly bolts, wing type anchors or self starting screw anchors - in the right size screw to hold the steps.
Question:	I would want one right to left are you going to offer one soon? Also one that is long say 6 steps

Answer:	It is recommended to install in Concrete, Natural Dense Stone, Natural Dense Stone, Solid sand-lime Brick, Lightweight Concrete, Concrete Block. The expansion screws that comes included is not designed for drywall installation. If you need to mount into drywall please use special expansion screws which are designed for drywall. In terms of reception and function they're pretty much identical, with two differences: For my configuration, the fixed post is better than the flexible one of my X2 and I like the way the X3 automatically turns on when you crank the car (the X2 requires you to start it up each time).

Question:	Are each of the posts the same length/height so that they are interchangeable in any position or is one longer than the other three
Answer:	No. They are separate part numbers. The bend at the fitting that attaches to the caliper is reversed from one side to the other. Make certain you get the correct part number for the side you are replacing. According to Dorman's website, that part number is for the front passenger's side. Part No. H620581 is for the front driver's side. These hoses are for 4 wheel drive trucks. I replaced both sides on my truck. Aside from leaks, a faulty brake hose can result in the caliper not applying or fully releasing. Also, be sure to replace the 2 copper gaskets at the caliper, those are one time gaskets.

Answer:	I installed new hoses on both side on my 2006 Ram 2500 with Cummins engine. They are just like OEM.

Question:	How much does it weigh
Answer:	This door does come with a lightweight locking mechanism, but it will only work if the interior surface of the dog door and the sliding door are flush with each other. Unfortunately, this dog door is meant to rest right on the track of the sliding door which means that the surfaces are not flush. I think my sliding door is pretty typical so I imagine a lot of people will have this problem.
Question:	How much assembly is required for this
Answer:	Hi Donna - There is four and one half inches from the floor to the bottom of the flap. We were worried about that, too, since we have two Chihuahuas along with an Italian Greyhound mix and now our new rescue, Belgian Malinois (will be very big). There was NO problem at all! We put the door in and they all went through it! It's a great door. We are very happy!
Question:	Can this item be put together in other shapes
Answer:	Although the intent is to screw it in with 3 or 4 screws and use the lock provided, we have not done that. We use a bar in the sliding door track to "lock" the door if we want to leave the pet door in place over night. It is easy to remove it since the spring loaded top segment holds it securely in, but can be lifted out easily if we want to be gone for a few days.

Answer:	I'm guessing Disney cars are those featured in the Disney / Pixar film series starting with "CARS. Most of these toys are a little larger than Hot Wheels or Matchbox vehicles. I think you should measure a few of the larger cars because it seems likely they won't fit.

Answer:	Yes, it can be mounted upright. The compartments would be a little more than 1.5 inches wide and a little less than 3.25 inches tall. Not sure if shot glasses would fit or not.

Answer:	They have the wrong picture for this product. 950.44007 is just the replacement for the rubber middle section of the brake line. The ends are both 10 mm female connectors. There’s no banjo bolt or connector, no hardware. It’s a mislabeled product.
Question:	Is there a way to get a replacement of the actual fabric hammock pad? My cat is obsessed w/ it, but it shrunk in the wash now doesnt fit over the pegs
Answer:	These are stock length and a big improvement over the older OEM lines.
Question:	Do the cats need the two stepping posts? Do your cats use them
Answer:	No the style suspension on these trucks don't need extended brake lines in the front. If you need longer lines you will need to special order them or get them made at a shop. I have 6 in of lift on my 98 4runner and these lines fit great. Hope this helps.
