The Armarkat website sells replacement posts but at $18-21 per post, it would be better to do it yourself re-roping or just buy a new tower. If you buy your own sisal, make sure its UNOILED. Oiled sisal can hurt or kill cats I've read. |

| Answer: | My cat is about 10 pounds male and very active, the tree lasted 1 month and now it's sitting in the garage not being used because the top wobbles and keeps falling off.... and the top started tilting due to his weight so that it kept falling over. We have had to put the top back on over and over but it keeps falling off, its cheap but you get what you pay for. You have to put it up against a wall so it won't fall. Buy something else if you have an active 10 plus pound cat, it's OK for kittens until they grow up. Waste of money. |

My cat can still, well, almost, curl up small enough to completely fit inside the condo with just a bit of his butt sticking out one door, but that's the great thing with the balconies in front of the doors. He usually has most of his head out one and his tush or his back legs if it's warm out the other door. |

| Answer: | The perches are square 13 1/2“ x 13 1/2“. The house if you can imagine it is a 16“ x 16“ box with one Corner cut off where the entrance is. At its deepest it is 16”. I have multiple cats and a number of different cat trees. I find this tree to be too lightweight and easy to tip over. I keep mine against a wall so it has balance. It is my least favorite tree. Several of my cats like the house. The pros are its price and it’s small size. If you have a cat that is not real rambunctious it could work well in a small space. |

| Answer: | The B7801 has only one little kitty house and only 2 perches. My son has a 17 lb. Tabby and he won't go up on the perches. Not sure why but I think he just decided the little kitty house is high enough lol |

| Answer: | I don't have a small dog but I do believe that this kitty tree would be great for keeping jumping doggies away from your kitties. I have model A8001 and it is awesome. It looks great and is very sturdy, its made of plywood instead of pressed wood. My kitties are big, 18 lbs each and they run and jump on it and it doesn't tip at all. I would recommend this product. |

| Answer: | Actual measurement on mine fully assembled are 23.5x19.5. There are two shelves that extend over those measurements by 4" - 1 shelf is midway on the tree and the other is close to the top. It is solid and compact and my two 1 yr. Old cats love it. My space is limited and this size really fits well. I turn it around at times to give change and interest and have it by a window. Hope this helps. |
