Answer:	my big guy who disabled gets in it all the time he about 14 lbs but long in length, i got him the senior version as he has trouble with balance and his back knees. its a big snug for him but he doesn't seem to mind. every now than i tighten up the screws - as i have 8 cats and they all LOVE these, i own 3 and just bought 2 more of the senior ones. --- now our 20 lbs cat does get in this and likes it, but you have to tighen up the screws a bit more frequently i used monster glue on one of the units and will use on the other next time as it helped a lot havent had any issues with topple over or breaking , and the stairs on the senior one is spaced well for all my seniors and my 1 disabled cat, and they are wide enough for my disbaled big guy which as been an issue with other "cat stairs" cause he so long and not as agile due to his knees

Answer:	The wood is soft enough you can screw directly into it. Of course that also meant it was soft enough that they pulled out when the cat sat in it so I did not find it a successful purchase.

Answer:	The straight poles go across connecting the odd shaped pieces. Slide in to the cover, pull the wire thru the button holes (i had to cut mine open) put - suction cup on the ends and put it at the level you want. Twist and pull thru the wire on the other 2 suction cups and place them upwards of other 2, making the seat level.

Answer:	It wouldn’t even stay on the Window decent so I expect on a wall it would fail for sure. Everything with the bed is good except the suction cups until they change them I would not recommend this product to anyone

• Clean the glass surface and suction cups thoroughly to make sure it’s free of dirt or any other residues.
• Window cleaner and saliva may cause failure of the suction cups, use alcohol or soap and water instead.
• Press the suction cups firmly and mount ONLY onto glass.
• Make sure the glass can support the weight.
• Check daily that the suction cups are well secured on the glass.
• Dipping the suction cups in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes will greatly improve the adherence.
• Apply a small amount of clean water on the suction cup for increased adherence.
