Question:	So this has a cord? How long? Do I need and extension cord? might be a problem if dog chews
Answer:	It never turns off. No switch, thermostat or auto shut off. I was concerned about that fact but the heat is very low. We have a chihuahua and she loves the pad. If mine was to ever fail I would buy another immediately to replace it.
Question:	Reviews say bed has a vinyl cover, but specs do not say waterproof. Dog has incontinence. I fear electro shock. Will this bed work
Answer:	When she was only 5 lbs., I elevated the seat and it kept her in without bending. It's a pretty sturdy dog seat. I also use a dog seat belt harness and clip to the seat for extra safety. She now weighs 13 lbs. and can still lean against them, but they do bend slightly with extra pressure if she stands with 2 front paws on them. Since she's heavier I put the seat directly on the car seat without elevating the seat. She'll curl up or sit leaning against the back of it and the car seat back. She hates riding in the car, but seems to be ok in her seat.
Question:	Can I bend it in order to put it in a suitcase

Answer:	My maine coon is 20+lbs and he loves it. I didn't think it would hold him, but the package does say up to 60lbs, and I am inclined to believe it. If your kitty is 30lbs, he might have a hard time fitting in the space. Cosmo can fit, and loves it, but he looks squished

Answer:	The overall width of the basket, including to the edges of the suction cups, is 26 1/2 inches wide. From the middle of the suction cup (top ones) to the next one the width is 23". The inside measurement of the basket total width is 20". and the depth to the window from the top edge is about 10 1/2 inches. The 11" measurement is the height of the entire window basket, including the edge of the bottom suction cup. My cats absolutely love this basket - I have three and have found many of my babies sleeping in them on their backs! Hope this helps you out.
Question:	How much weight will this hold
Answer:	I don't know but this is a VERY narrow bed. I plopped my 10-lb cat in it and she sat there like she didn't know what else to do. Even my little cat didn't like it, and I couldn't keep it stuck on the window despite cleaning it. In theory it's a great idea, but because it's so narrow, it's even hard for them to jump up into it.

Question:	I want to put this in a 24" by 36" dog crate. Would it work
Answer:	You can, but you have to disconnect the legs and basically take it apart to do so. To make life easier we just but a fleece blanket on top of it and wash that once a week.
Question:	Has anyone used this outside? Any problems with fleas or other critters getting into the fleece
Answer:	The cord is 5.5 feet long. The electrical cord has 115 volts so chewing on it is the same as chewing on an extension cord. It is best to use this on a GFCI protected circuit or outlet, which should always be used outdoors or in garages anyway.
Question:	My dog is 120 lbs will she b able 2 sleep in this bed without sinking in the middle
Answer:	It will be fine. Our dog is an older female and has bladder problems and leaks a lot. She loves her bed.
Question:	can you wash the fleece cover
Answer:	I don't think I would. I think it has wires in it so it probably wouldn't be too good to bend it in half. If its a small one, maybe you could put clothes in between so it wouldn't be bent so much.

Answer:	It is approximately 78” long from edge of pad to plug. Partway down is an on/off and low/high temperature control. From the edge of the pad to that control, the cord is heavily insulated—I assume to reduce pet chewing issue.
Question:	What is the material inside the warmer? I don't want something that may be harmful for my dog
Answer:	The pad is excellent but I do not think that it is wise to keep a cat outside in 9 degree weather with or without a pad!
