Answer:	I have Maltese and Coton and I do not use it on their faces. I think you would be better of with a product specifically for that purpose. This product is invaluable to keep on hand for the occasional poop-butt emergency.

Answer:	I have being using No.12 shampoo as well as other Isle of Dogs products for more than 5 years and would not use any other shampoo for my dogs. My dog had "hot spots" and skin conditions were getting worse after baths. And then I found No.12 shampoo and my dog had healthy skin for the rest of her life. The difference is that No.12 is Veterinary Grade. Apparently No. 12 has, as described in the product description, the highest concentration of essential fatty acid-rich Evening Primrose Oil available in any pet or human shampoo and was originally designed for the dog with skin conditions. As for my knowledge, the founder of the company had the lovely dog with some skin issues. She helped her own dog and then founded the company to help others. No.10 appears to contain similar ingredients but was not designed as veterinary grade shampoo but may be wonderfully suitable for dogs that need gentle help to maintain good skin and coat. Both shampoos wash very well leaving bright white and shiny coat on my white dog and have similar gentle smell that I appreciate (I do not like when my dogs have strong perfume odor after a bath). Both shampoos are made with human grade ingredients. I use No12 when my dog needs more help for her skin and coat, e.g. in the summer time when it is very hot and humid to battle/prevent skin issues. I would use No 10 any time. Sure, every dog is different; and again, my three dogs are very happy and allergies-free when using either No12 or No10 or sometimes other shampoos (e.g. every day use shampoos) from Isle of Dogs. All their products are made in the USA and the company was founded and based in Wisconsin.

Answer:	Hello and thank you for your inquiry! I would say it depends on your pups preference, if they like to sleep curled up , a large would be a great fit as the dimensions are 36in x 27in x 3in with a sleep surface of 27in x 22in. However if they like to sleep sprawled out then I would suggest a jumbo size as the dimensions for it are 44in x 35in x 4in with a sleep space of 32in x 29in.
Question:	How do you clean the core
Answer:	We have rescue Pits and they are renowned shedders all year round, so washing the dog beds thoroughly and using the laundry sanitizer routinely is a must for us. As far as the foam core, and while the cover is being laundered, we liberally spray it with aerosol disinfectant (I know finding a can of Lysol right now is not easy, but other effective options will suffice) and allowing it to dry in the sun, as that in itself will kill bacteria.

Answer:	I have a Rottweiler, I ordered her a large (46x28 inch) and it is perfect for her. About 2 feet wide and over 3 feet long, I would suggest the same size for a golden retriever.

Answer:	I have two 65 lb dogs and they do not touch the floor. It is easily plumped back up when you fluff it. It's pretty full inside so I don't see any reason why your dog would touch the floor. But if you are concerned about a heavy dog, the only other option I see for you is a solid bed. Nothing with shredded material. What I have done in the past is buy a baby crib mattress They work very well, they're waterproof also. I bought a sheet and put it on them and had dog beds for a very long time.

Answer:	I've had this bed since 2017 and came back to find the washing instructions. I have a great pyrenees who plays with both of his 2 beds, I have only mended each bed once and that's because he drags them out all over the house so they are being bitten and chewed on. They are extremely durable.
