Answer:	I think these might be just slightly too big for finches, especially since finches don't really have beaks designed for breaking down chunks of material. I'd attach a picture, but I don't think I can do that here.

Basically, stainless steel is the only metal that's safe so you should avoid any products that uses metal unless you can be certain that it's made of stainless steel. Surprisingly, there are many bird toys out there (claiming it's bird safe toys) using harmful metals like this copper bell.

Question:	can i mix the food with seed
Answer:	You could but Cockatiels enjoy naturally larger seeds like sunflower seeds & others that are not in parakeet food blends.
Question:	are these pellets
Answer:	From what I understand formaldehyde stops bad bacteria’s etc from growing on the seeds while in storage.

Answer:	that's the way it comes . I think it's just the smell of fruit. but you want to know some my parakeets love it.
